The retail store manager Avnesh is fantastic. Every time I come in he greets and acknowledges me. Great customer service, respectful and is super helpful.
Staffs are extremely efficient, and are always there for the best advice and will always provide you with answers to your questions, and will always go above and beyond especially the staff member Sarah! Every time I need pharmacy essentials she will be the person I look for. Her customer service is impeccable and she is the reason I go to this pharmacy. You will find her in the lotto section and in the dispensary helping. If you need anything go look for her. This is the best pharmacy out there! Will be recommending this pharmacy to my friends and family. Thank you for your amazing service! I feel so welcomed every time I shop at the pharmacy!

I had an exceptional experience at the Clinique counter on Friday afternoon May 19. I was after some foundation for an event and was provided wonderful and kind service by a lady whom I have been assisted by several times previously. She has always been extremely professional and has provided me superior guidance on skin care and makeup products that I have used for a number of years now.
In particular, thank you for making my day that bit easier !!

Visited the Chanel counter today to purchase a lipstick. The Chanel representative Stephanie was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She remembered me from an earlier call I had made and went out of her way to help me find a suitable colour. I was very impressed with the lovely Chanel displays. My item was wrapped so beautifully and as it was a birthday present for myself it was pretty special. An excellent experience.

Amazing customer service here, I feel a lot of retail could brush up on their customer service & Village Pharmacy most definitely have exceptional customer service, visited on a late Sunday afternoon seeking a special gift 🎁 for a birthday & Chris on CHANEL was just amazing very warm, welcoming & understood my need., I chose a fragrance & it was beautifully wrapped I was over the moon, had just finished work myself & made it to the Village on time it certainly made my visit worth while. I will definitely be back to regularly shop here, well done team they certainly do care

A pleasure to shop at this pharmacy. Needed some medical advice, with out any delay my questions were answered by the pharmacist, who was very professional. My wife required some cosmetics and was also assisted. We found the staff most helpful and friendly, yet professional, will return.

Huge store with a large variety of cosmetics and vitamins. Helpful staff.

Great range of all items, especially cosmetics ie estee lauder, channel and so on. Lots of great ideas for gifts but is overpriced. HOWEVER, i loath going there as staff regularly follow customers around and spy on you/them from behind shelving and stands which is insulting and uncomfortable.
