Had the best experience there today the lady that served me was absolutely beautiful she helped me pick a couple of outfits for my sons graduation she made me feel so comfortable 😊

Customer service almost non-existent based on what you're wearing. It could have been an off day too, but they seemed more preoccupied with the customer who wasn't in the store.
I helped myself with sizes. The woman at the register did bother to ask if I had a membership, but didn't bother to tell me that I had a $60 credit. I found that out later the same day at the CBD store where service was brilliant in comparison to Burnside store.
Store itself looks so cluttered and the lighting in there is not doing the justice to the clothes.

Staff were really lovely and helpful. However the store itself is very lacklustre and small compared to other witchery stalls, especially the city stall. It felt like being in a Sportsgirl and it had a very limited range of stock.
