The man called Bailey who helped me was friendly and warm. He had great suggestions and took what I liked and didn’t like into consideration. I would highly recommend both him and the store

AMAZING AMAZING STAFF. I called up every other boss store for a jacket and they declined to help me but the staff here at burnside not only got the blazer in for me but helped tailor it. I will drive all the distance to come here in future.

Staff are very nice and tried to help but Boss policies about returns is poor. They don’t allow it at all unless it’s damaged or faulty. Only store credit is allowed otherwise and then to even be allowed to get that store credit you have to sign up to be a member which is ridiculous. I know it’s probably not just boss who have similar policies but it’s poor form and should be called out more when you can’t simply get a cash refund anymore with your receipt and return of item.

Staff need a training course in customer service. Was looking around for quite some time in store, staff saw me looking but didn’t even say hi. I got more of a welcome from my dog when I went home. Staff weren’t wearing masks either, not a good look in these covid times.

Staff are rude, too busy chatting to each other to bother to even greet you, let alone help.
