Excellent customer service. I had 2 trophies engraved. I needed the name plates and engraving on both. Beautiful engraving and fast turnaround ready next day. Was not expecting this and also reasonably priced. Refreshing and I will be coming back.

Terrible service experience on two locations.

First, was asked to pay $15 just to get a quote, and after two weeks, they could not give any quote and no reason why the watch could not be fixed.

Second, was asked to wait 45min for change of battery on an empty day.

Rude, haughty attendants. Plain arrogant at times.

Very sorry the lady who was there before is not there anymore. Avoid at all costs this place.
