With never being there before they got my old dog in at such short notice and looked after him so well. Dr Annabelle was absolutely amazing and so gentle with my old boy while removing a stubborn grass seed. Old Harvey boy was such a good boy for her too! She helped me also feel calm and helped take the stress away, I cannot thank her and the team enough!

Thankyou all so much for taking care of my little girl, Lili. She came in for an op, and although a very cautious dog, (she takes a LONG time to trust anyone), Annabelle and the team had her giving kisses and nose boops quite early on. And after waking up from the procedure, picture evidence of Lili on Annabelles lap! 100% wouldn't have believed that was possible before drop off! Thank you soooo m2a222uch, TVHS. Brilliant work!

They were caring and sympathetic when Max had to be put to sleep. Thankyou for making the experience less traumatic.

They were fantastic out at the Derwent park one. Even though it ended up being very traumatic time for me they were wonderful and very caring. To have to say goodbye to my 12 and a half year old was the worst time for me.

Recently we had to put our dog
jasper to sleep after 17 wonderful years with him ,everyone there are amazing the kindness and compassion they show is incredible we have used their services for years now and will definitely continue many thanks Anthony and Tracey

High level of care and compassion shown towards my animals (one dog, two cats). Always kept me in the loop about how treatment was progressing for my dog when he had a long-term issue. Couldn't thank the team enough!

We had a tough situation for our oldest cat, where she needed to be put to sleep, but the staff at this facility were incredibly sensitive, thoughtful and honest without being brutal about it all. Afterwards, they sent a personal condolence letter with a paw stamp from our old pet - a token we will treasure.

If you are looking for a Vet in Sorell I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The staff are very professional and extremely nice to boot. The Vets are very experienced and caring. I have been attending this business for approximately 10 years and my animals have received excellent care. I almost wish I was a dog!!
