A Big Thankyou to John Ashlin at Mitre 10 Sorell with helping me with my flat battery key for my car, which had stop working and wouldn't let me start my car , he came back to the car with me making sure my car would start and it did ,thanks John, customer service amazing 🙂

I go in to Mitre10 Sorell quite often for various supplies. Nothing is ever too hard for the staff - they are kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Great range of products and haven’t let me down yet. Always a pleasure to go into this store.

Order some stuff online. When I arrive some of the items I ordered were not available ( it did say this when I ordered). They let me refund them easily and switch for other options they had in stock. Process was all easy and staff were helpful.

Bought some plants and tyre patches here. Its a good place to find basic stuff.

Quick to help and no waiting at the checkouts make this a great place to get some hardware. A gardening section as well. It was no trouble for an assistant to help me fill my list of building materials.

Absolutely spectacular service. The boys here go above and beyond to help out every single time. I always used to go to Bunnings but no more. This is my one stop shop now. Brilliant customer service and polite kind hearted staff. Can't praise them enough.

A sense of magic hangs above in roofline (inside). A train on a track that loops around- helps bring a sense of calm and wonder to little ones who might feel a but overwhelmed otherwise.

The building and stock has a fresh clean feel to it. Unlike some smaller hardware stores.

The service we receive at Holts' Mitre 10 is amazing. The staff are beyond helpful and knowledgeable.

Since moving from Carlton Beach and now living in North Carolina USA, I have used Holt's for my brother and girlfriend's Birthdays and Christmas. I love how I can call and do this transaction over the phone and they can collect the gift card from the front desk. Love the friendly staff, great customer service. I always get off the phone with a smile on my dial. Love this store.

I shop regularly at this hardware store, even though it is a locally owned mitre 10 store and not part of a chain the prices of products are very competitive.
The store is very well set out and very light .
There is a drive through area for larger items and trade sales.
The staff are very knowledgeable with their stick and also the local customers requirements.

The young ladies were so helpful and patient in helping my hubbie selecting work boots. The lovely lady at the checkout was very helpful as well. All three are a credit to Holt's Mitre 10 Sorell. We will be back.

Best hardware store in the state. Excellent new facility, making it easy to find what you are looking for from their large range, plus great prices. The staff always offer the best service & the long opening hours are very convenient.

Good range of products and really helpful staff

Holt's have everything hardware plus, a excellent range of products to get all your projects done around the home from a small do it yourself book shelf to a full renovation. You will also find a good range of plants and other garden needs for your veggie garden to flowers.

Great place to shop for a bargain or two, I picked up a wet&dry vacuum for just $70 and got a 8.5kg gas swap&go for just $27 at the same time, love it every thing I need in the one easy to find location.

Since moving to Tassie I’ve been going to Holts out of convenience, and I’ve always found the staff really helpful. Yesterday I went in for another of my projects and Ben directed me to the best products for the job - even giving me suggestions that I hadn’t even thought about.
Even better still, I was in and out within five minutes. I’ll keep coming back.
