Had a lovely experience today with the beautiful red head lady. She totally made our day. Walked in on my hopeless pursuit of the perfect beverage to see some lovely home made goodies for Halloween and i thought 'oh wow,someone special is here!' she gave me some samples and discovered my perfect drink! She knew what she was talking about . So glad i went there!

Many thanks to Michael who.went out of his way to look for my credit card for me. Not only did he have a second look for me he offered to ring back whether he found it or not. Five stars for over and above customer service

I visited Cellarbrations in Sorrel this morning with two friends all the way from Perth, and the young lady serving us was so knowledgeable about whiskeys, in particular Tasmanian spirits. You do NOT receive this kind of service everywhere. We walked out with a beautiful Tasmanian single malt. We WILL be back before heading home. 5 stars!! Fantastic
