Our family chose to stay here for the second time and loved our time and experience here again!
The service of all staff was fantastic and very accommodating and the facilities were always clean and well maintained.

We were camping with young children and it was fantastic to have such helpful staff with professional, friendly and tailored advise.

We camped here over the Australia Day long weekend and from the minute we arrived we felt welcomed and were really happy with the cleanliness of the park and facilities. The use of artificial turf on our campsite was a fantastic idea and kept our trailer from getting muddy/dirty.

Our kids rode their bikes safely through the facility, the track down to the beach was perfection and we even got a nightly visit from a friendly little bandicoot!

Absolutely special place to stay, one minute to the beach and walk for hours.

Staff were accommodating of our need to book an extra night before we arrived, mocking somethings around to make this possible. When we arrived the check in process was easy and smooth and our request for a couple of extra items was seen to very promptly. We had a 3 bedroom cabin for 3 adults, 3 children and a 10 month old toddler in a portable cot. This made living in the cabin a little cramped, but that is to be expected with so many people in a caravan park cabin, and we worked around it easily. The cabin had everything we needed and the crockery, glassware and cooking utensils were clean and well-maintained. The cabin had a split system and two televisions, and plenty of cupboards in the rooms to place clothes and lots in the kitchen to put food in. The site itself had very clean shared facilities, a half basketball court, a jumping pillow, a games room and plenty of space for the children to ride and scoot. The site is close to a beach and easy access to the main road on to the island. San Remo is a short walk away over the bridge. The campsite is quiet and people respected the noise curfews whilst we were there. The only improvements I could suggest are a more thorough clean of the bedroom carpets and a mop for people to use each day alongside the broom and dustpan and brush to keep the lino floor clean in the cabin. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Decided to stay here as a last option due to a gigantic lack of sleep while traveling, and it was the best decision I could have made! The staff are out of this world incredible, from the extremely welcoming phone conversation to get into about booking, to meeting some more staff when I went in, the maintenance staff are absolutely on the ball and I couldn't have felt better about staying.

After booking inside, the instructions for everything where clear as day and very straight forward, every question was answered and the process was amazing and easy.

As for parking, it's 1 car per lot, which is understandable and also nice as it's not overly packed with vehicles, keeping that outdoors feeling alive!

This place also offers various things for the kids to keep busy with in your downtime, meaning less stress and more relaxing!

Thanks again to the staff, who where so helpful, super kind and honestly felt like they went out of there way to make my life as stress free as possible. 10/10

Overall, amazing experience at this park.
Not only located next to an incredible beach, but also provides easy access to the rest of the island.
The staff were very accommodation of my late check in, and the facilities were great. I will be back!

Very happy with our stay . Location was a short walk over the bridge to San remo , which has all the essentials plus several pubs, a bakery and the fish coop . We went on a cruise which had their office there too .
The park had great play areas for children , organised activities and daily sms updates on what was on. The camp kitchen and BBQ were clean and dotted over the park .
TV reception and phone reception was good

Lovely little holiday park right on the beach making it a perfect location. Cabins were clean and comfortable.
The park had enough to do to keep kids entertained.

Premium Villa (2BR) isa a clean and conformable room. The kitchen is very good, including coffee machine, kitchenware, and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are also in the room.Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am is amazing and have a good sleep.

We loved our stay at Phillip Island Big 4. We had a powered site and it was just a short walk through the trees to the most beautiful peaceful beach. We loved that it had a permanent ground sheet on the site, perfect to climb out of your tent onto each morning. our The staff were super friendly and the toilet and shower block were the cleanest I have ever seen in all my years of camping. The high speed wifi was a massive bonus - I don’t like to work when I’m on holiday, but I run my own business and had an urgent job come un during our trip. The great wifi meant I could complete it there rather than heading into town for a better connection. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

Stayed 1 night, me and my friend in a 2 bed Cabin. The cabin was super tidy and clean. Great facilities. Bed was warm enough esp with adding the extra blankets. Definitely recommend.

Love that this park has heaps of activities to do for the kids. The go karts, games room, play ground and private beach access. Kept the kids entertained and lovely staff. Great location for everything. Will be returning 👌

Never having stayed in an Ingenia Caravan Park, I was a little nervous about the accommodation, but was pleasantly surprised. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful. I would stay there again anytime.

BIG4 Ingenia Phillip Island really great spot, near the beach, friendly staff and tame and friendly wild life, and not far from all the great destinations on the island. No traffic noise too!
Highly recommend as Summer destination.

Lovely spot just across the bridge backs onto the beach with several campground access points through the dunes. Wallaby’s, Rabbits and the Eastern Barred Bandicoot all came to visit the campground. Lots of neat clean facilities

Had a fantastic stay with you and will definitely be back and for longer stay in the future. Your staff went to great lengths with a little problem that we had and am so appreciative for it. Park well maintained, staff very friendly and helpful. Amenities very nice and big and nice and clean. About 15 minute walk to closest shops.

Value for money for an extended family. The rooms were very clean. The only minor disadvantage was that the location was a bit far from the Phillip Island attractions.

Great place was pleased how clean the cabin was had enough amenities for the family great location peaceful and quiet even the staff were helpful and friendly.

A great place to stay while visiting Phillip Island. Quiet, lovely beaches nearby, great staff, good clean facilities and very easy access to everything the Island has to offer.
