Excellent lovely people who are caring and although not dealing directly with them they assisted me with information I required

Very expensive medication, I believe was overpriced. However helpful service.

As a patient with chronic illness I can honestly say it was the worst I've been treated by a pharmacy. Their lack of compassion and empathy and willingness to help shocked me. I left very upset and I would not recommend this pharmacy to any patient.

Surgeon told us to pick up meds from here after day surgery.
Weren’t given a choice so got sucked in to paying EXORBITANT prices for common medications.
Prices were 2-3 times the normal price,in fact more-
e.g.doxylamine succinate,THREE tablets for$18.
Some pharmacies sell TWENTY for $7.00!!!!!
That’s $6 per tab vs 35 cents.

Super terrible customer service. I wish I could give minus rating. The guy who took my prescription never search for my prescription. I was waiting for more than 30 minutes until everyone who came after me left!!! Then I talked to another employee who finally found my prescription but I need to wait for another 20 minutes. Really poor service. I hope the management will train the employee better.

Terrible customer service. Did not seek to understand my position of being mislead in relation to their dispensing of medicine at the hospital. They could of learnt from the experience and fixed their misleading terms and conditions as well as inform the customer at time of dispensing that their is a cost to the medication. I never asked for or used the medication that they forced me to pay for through their misleading process. I will never do business with this organisation ever again.

The order was made by a nurse but the order was incorrect when I went to collect at HPS. When I checked the medicine, the crucial medicine that was vital to my surgery due in a few days was missing. When I told them, instead of correcting the order they instead told me to prove it so I had to make a few calls just to get the right medicine, after half an hour wait I asked them and found out they haven’t even looked at it yet! I wish this was an isolated incident but it isn’t, this has happened to me four times.

This is the most expensive pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Plus waited 50mins to fill a script. Do not recommend

Never buy from there! Prices are crazy expensive!!! Just refuse collection and buy your presciptions from outside the hospital. What a bunch of swindlers!
