My Commonwealth bank closed down in Toormina.i now have to travel into the plaza or town, to do my banking. I prefer to see them face to face, everything is online,I don't like that. I hope I helped someone get to the Commonwealth bank,
I went to walk in the door's of the Bank,it wasn't opening,so I stood bk.... I couldn't believe it, my Bank closed down in toormina. They said it was because there wasn't enough ppl going to do banking,and Had to close there door's. I'm not buying it. In my opinion,its making way for a cashless society!!!

In the past few years Lorraine has handled a number of loans and mortgages for us and is incredibly dedicated and out to help the client above anything else. At CBA, I have always had excellent Customer Service. Today I had been told the bank would close at 12. Amazingly when i checked phone (for 5th time), it said the Park Beach one (on hwy) is open till 5pm, so I am able to access CBA today. Thanks CBA,

Awesome staff and what a fancy new branch. Nice convenient location, heaps of free parking. Nothing is a problem for these great people. Consierge out front for quick service.
