Dolce House Gelato

Tried this place today. Ordered two scoops of ice cream on a cone.

Great tasting ice cream and portion size was decent.

The shop was busy and the staff were very friendly.

They also had a large I door area at the back to sit down and there was also toilets and complementary cold wateras well.

Will definitely come again.

I absolutely love this place! They are so generous with their servings and the staff are always incredibly kind. I always order extra cookie dough on my waffles and they know my order now and give me the biggest amount. Just very kind and wholesome energy (plus I believe it’s a family business <3 )

OMG, opening the box - What a surprise. A beautiful Chocolate Gelato cake with so many flavour surprises within every bite!

Was incredible. We just had to be strong though, & make it last 7 days/nights, annnnd several sneaky early-am fridge-raid mornings!

The delivery service during lockdown just after Father's Day, was fantastic.

The amazing owners made us feel very special. We can't wait for lockdown to end, so we can visit your shop for the first time. Thank you so much.

I love this place and their ice creams ,.. they melt in mouth and flavours are too good. It was too hard to pick just one flavour for the cake I recently order with them. It looked so so good and flavours I picked was FerroRo rocher and their in house Dolche something flavour .

They also gave me few cones as extra to make my own ice cream cone at home

We ordered a single cone of ferroro and it really hit the spot - it had the right mix of creamy and sweetness, and the serving size was generous. Also, the servers were super friendly, we can’t wait to come back!

We wish there were more flavours but I suspect that was because they ran out :(

Dolce House serves up a delicious array of ice creams, desserts and beverages. It’s always a delight to visit, as the staff are so welcoming, friendly and attentive.

My husband and I are so glad that we discovered this local gem. These are some of our favourites that we enjoy off their delectable menu. The rich, sweet, creamy, irresistible flavours of their bounty, choc mint and hokey pokey ice cream. Their coffee flavoured Italian dessert tiramisu, which is a decadent combination of richness and lightness. Also, their velvety Belgian hot chocolate topped with marshmallows and a perfectly made almond latte.

We highly recommend Dolce House, it’s definitely a must visit for delicious, mouth watering creations all served with a smile. So go on treat yourself!

Best gelato, best waffle, best coffee, everything is just wow. Nutella waffle was so delicious, the only place where I can eat waffle. I tried many places but they are the best. Recently tried their gelato and sorbet, it was mouth watering 😋. My go to dessert 🍮 place.

The ice cream and various sweet desserts at Dolce House is to DIE FOR— I strongly recommend the Ferraro Rocher.
Not only that, they have beverage options (especially coffee) available.
Though I would love to see some outdoor seating added at some point.

Amazing food, honestly, I had a feeling it would be good, but still managed to beat my expectations! Make sure you bring an appetite, the donuts and waffles are to die for. Service was excellent, very friendly and efficient. Can get very busy but generally not too much hassle getting a seat. Car parking is on the street, but once again not too much hassle getting a spot close by.

I ordered the pistachio and blood orange gelato. Both of them tasted amazing - the pistachio gelato had a pleasant roasted flavour to it, and the blood orange gelato had the perfect balance of sweetness and sourness. The staff were really friendly as well. I only have a picture of my half-eaten gelato because it looked so delicious that I couldn't wait to dig in! 😋

Best dessert spot in Melbourne - I know Melbournes a big place but Dolce House is such a cosy happy space for me in summer and winter alike. Perfect for gelato on its own or the bueno hazelnut hot chocolate (that I had tonight for the first time) with my cousin who had a fairy bread milkshake which had cookie dough pieces so delicious 🤤💕 ☕

Love ❤ the friendliness of the place and the personalized service. The Ferraro is my favorite... really flavorsome. Thanks for being open every day

Yum! Came here for hot chocolates after dinner, such a good find with a cosy little seating area around the back. The hot chocolate with the speculoos was the favourite on the table but everything was yum.

Place is a hidden gem. Lots of people around and great atmosphere.
Order at the front, and if you want, there is some seating out the back, but it is limited.
Ice cream is creamy and they have a good variety of it. Even have the option to take the ice cream home in a tub!
Parking is limited to street parking though.

Really great home made Gelato and a cool vibe. They are open during covid for take away orders.

Great!! Giant cookies are so much fun and milkshake was awesome!
Looking forward to trying the dulche de leche hot chocolate next!
