I love the veggie laksa here it is amazing! We come here all the time, the staff are lovely and food is amazing 😍 Highly recommend!!!

Good food. Friendly staff, very efficient. Not a place to spend hours, but a decent good tasting meal served fast (but not too fast).

It’s a small restaurant but the food quality was very good. I liked both Laksa and Char Kway Teow.

The service was friendly and reasonably quick. My chicken laska was absolutely delicious.

Everything was fresh, the noodles were good, the chicken pieces tasty but the best part was the laska.

The laska was creamy, and full of flavour. It was one of the tastiest laksa's I've had in a while.

My favourite go to place whenever I'm craving for some Laksa. Cozy and friendly environment for some authentic Malaysian flavours.

Came to this place at lunch time, I think this used to be Chef Lagenda in this spot? The menu is very similar, the service was quick, and food came out with in 10 mins of ordering.

The combination laksa I ordered for $13.80 was a decent portion size and the curry broth was very flavorful and creamy. They sell plants and terrarium, and there is a backyard garden too for more seating

Laksa garden is one of the few good, authentic Malaysian restaurants in hawthorn. The char kway teow is just how it is supposed to be, and tastes superb, but my favourite dish there by far, is the roti with chicken curry. The roti is nice and smooth and buttery and soft, but crunchy. The service is friendly, with even the manager helping the wait staff. The atmosphere can feel a little cramped for some people, but it also has a nice, homey feel. I highly recommend going here.

Delicious Combination Laksa (prawns, chicken & fishcake). Generous serving at a good price. Cheerful small restaurant with a nice decor.

They're extremely efficient, I ordered a laksa, and three minutes later it was ready to go. It was packed separately so it didn't get soggy. They don't skimp on the seafood and the prawns are big. Soup was delicious. Such friendly service too. They also have cheap fruit and veg for sale during corona.

Delicious Malaysian cuisine. Service is really fast and all waiting staff are pleasing and professional.
When the restaurant is busy, which it seems to be often, there is more seating available at the rear.
For kids, lemon chicken is a good choice.
If your are looking for parking, there is plenty of parking available behind Coles and Hawthorne Aquatic Centre.

The Laksa tasted amazing and the portions were just right—filling without being overwhelming.

The fried chicken ribs were another highlight. Loved the blend of spices and that satisfying crunch.

If you're on the hunt for a memorable meal, don't skip this place. Highly recommend!

Tried the seafood laksa and the chicken laksa, gotta say the seafood one is a lot nicer. The staff are friendly and it is a nice place for lunch.

Delicious Malaysian food. Makes me feel like back home. Staff are friendly and can always ask for sugar to go with roti canal. They have extra spaces at the back for larger group. Food come quick. Recommend nasi lemak and roti canal.

Easily one of my fave restaurants in Melbourne and their Hainanese chicken rice tastes like being back in Malaysia. The family running this place are always so friendly and the food is consistently delicious!

This place has a variety of food, and there is a nice cheap lunch specials menu. The service is decent and quick, and the restaurant is bright and clean. This is a regular lunch option for myself and many people at my workplace. Recommended!
