I recently had dealings with Jo and Grant from Uralla Realestate
I found them very professional , obliging and helpful .
It's great to deal with a realestate with seniority and knowledge , and a lot of common sense .

Jo and Tammy have proven professional, honest, helpful, and caring. Buying, selling or renting homes can be a stressful experience and in the last 30 years I've dealt with many real estate agents, but I can't remember any that I would recommended more than Properties Uralla. Highly unprofessional, lacking a moral compass or any sense of fairness in communicating with people inquiring about a property and therefore possibly not getting the best deal for their client. Complete disregard for their stated contact protocols, or an unwillingness to contact or respond to inquiries. Perhaps more concerning is a feeling of discrimination in this process is my experience. Definitely not an agency I would recommend nor choose to have dealings with. Contact form says if no response within 48 hours contact again. So as requested waited 48 hours only to be told a property listed on Saturday evening, inquired about Sunday, contact Tuesday and another offer accepted without responding to a request for info and a contract. How about doing the 'right' thing and responding to contract requests or inquiries in the order they are received. Awful experience. Not happy with their actions at all and at this stage appear to be untruthful or deceptive. Complaint lodged with Fair Trading. Disgusted. Unprofessional and misleading/deceptive behaviours.

Very unprofessional they still owe me a deposit given over a year ago as the property didn’t have a DA
Would not buy property of these people very unprofessional
