So personal and accommodating. The gloves and scarf I wanted weren't in stock but I received a prompt phone call and we worked out another option. I ended up being able to get a gorgeous soft warm duck egg colour pair of gloves and and the abigail scarf. The scarf ended up being my first choice anyway just a few extra days wait. The package arrived so quickly and with a lovely lavender scented pouch. From start to finish I am very happy with my experience and purchase.

I love this gorgeous shop in Uralla. Can never visit Uralla without popping into this shop.
The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, so many products to view and the yarn choices are spectacular.

Visited for our third of fourth annual trip to buy winter woollies and we're greeted by the lovely Liz, who remembered us from previous visits. We enjoy exploring the wonderful options available and buying Australian made from a relatively local small business. And the service is lovely!

This is a very unique store. The beautiful quality wool products are delightful. There is wool hand died by proprietor.

Amazing atmosphere and incredible range of wool and crafting needs. Prices reflect the stunning quality of the yarns. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Staff were incredibly helpful and the store has a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I bought a pair of their Swansea Slim-leg wool jeans online in a khaki colour that I had been searching for for a long time. They fit comfortably and the fabric is beautiful. The online shopping experience was easy and I would love to visit the store one day.

In winter this is the best shop in town. The fire 🔥 makes the shop warm and cosy. I buy my mother alpaca woollen socks every year and last year a cashmere scarf. It's super expensive but the quality is 100 % there.
During summer they have some awesome sales leading up to Christmas 🎄.

It's right across the road from the local Brewery. So the ladies can shop while the men taste some beer.

We'll worth a stop if your heading along the New England Highway.

Excellent service. I bought a merinomink shawl and it was delivered very quickly and had a lovely lavender satchel in the parcel. Customer throughout was 5 stars . The merinomink shawl is so lovely it got lots of compliments and is very cozy.
