The vets at this clinic are simply wonderful. I couldn’t believe our luck when I found out they were “fear free”, they really put effort into making it a stress free as possible experience for our dogs

Love the friendly and extremely patient staff. Not only did the staff survive my jumpy, lap-sitting, face licking, poorly mannered Border collie, they actually loved him. 😁

I requested a home visit for my anxious dog who has had previous bad experiences at the vet, and Dr Andrea was wonderful. She was patient and caring and gave me great advice moving forward for my senior dog. I’m excited to have such a caring vet in my area.

Dr Andrea came to our home to help farewell our much loved little dog, Ruby. She was very professional, kind and caring and sensitive to Ruby's and our needs. Saying a final goodbye to one's beloved pet is difficult but we felt comforted and supported by Dr Andrea's compassionate approach. We would highly recommend her.

Broken-hearted, l made the decision to have my 11.5yr old best friend, Boxer, put to sleep. Andrea was caring and accommodating of our final goodbyes. Maggie went peacefully off to sleep. I travelled from Melbourne to Maldon, as l knew Andrea and Jackie would make the journey over the rainbow 🌈 bridge a calm, safe experience for Maggs.

Friendly and caring staff with easy access.

I called Andrea out of hours due to an emergency with my dog, she was nothing short of amazing, better than any vet I have visited before by a country mile. During a frantic situation she knew how to make my dog (and me) feel as comfortable as possible. The few poor reviews below are from between the period before Andrea took on the practice and the previous long term vet.

My dog Willow historically has never been happy to visit previous vets but since moving to this area (16 months ago) visits to the team & Dr Kim are a happy experience. I appreciate Dr Kim's clear, no fuss diagnoses and Willow loves her full body scratch. Full confidence in this veterinary practices ability and service. Thank you Maldon Clinic team :-)

Maldon vet clinic is so calm and welcoming and the vet treated our dog with so much respect and compassion.

I cannot rate Maldon Vets highly enough. The compassion shown by Andrea and Jackie to my beautiful Winston and myself is simply fantastic. Their professional, calm and caring approach puts both of us at ease. Winston was treated there today for a large abscess which I feared was a tumour. They genuinely love my beautiful Border Collie and he loves them back ❤

Kim's knowledge and skills are fantastic. She takes the time to give you all the information you need to understand you furry friend's health and options so you can make the right choice for your friend. She has a great bed side manner for the people and the beasts. I'm so happy we found her.
