Really Nice Gelatos. The flavours are really good with lots of options to choose from. Apart from Gelato, the waffles dessert is nice as well. Must try Chocolate Lover Waffle with scoop of either Blueberry or red velvet.

Honestly some of the best ice cream I've had. Felt kinda bad only getting a kids cup, but holy cow. The taste of the banana ice cream is amazing.

This is a must try if you are in the area.

We were invited to Highett Gelato today, an impressive outfit that makes all of the gelato in house as well as the brownies in the sundae I enjoyed and an array of gelato cakes. I was delighted to see some unique flavours on offer and wowed by the delicious freshness of the gelato itself. I thoroughly recommend the choc mint and the yummy combination of boysenberry ice cream on a Nutella waffle. And it’s always lovely to see local business owners with such passion and skill in what they do

We got:
🍨 Coffee (Frappe) gelato
Honestly their gelato was some of the best we’ve ever tasted 🤩 Most of the flavor options were incredibly unique AND their gelato is always made fresh in the morning! This coffee gelato was one of my favorite flavors as I couldn’t resist that delicious coffee taste & aroma, we could tell they used high quality ingredients ✨

🧇 Pavlova Waffle with Lemon Meringue gelato
Who doesn’t want pavlova on a waffle?! This dessert was definitely our #1 bcs each item in this dish worked together perfectly. The freshly hot cooked & soft waffle, crunchy texture of pavlova bits, the sweetness of the strawberries and the sweet & tangy flavor from Lemon Meringue were just out of this world! 🤤

🍩 Loukumades Traditional flavor & Nutella flavor
These were just excellent! 👌🏻 Every bite was full of flavor & the soft texture of the lokumades was to die for 🥰 They’re very generous with the toppings so no bite will be missing those delicious flavors!

🍔 Red Velvet White Chocolate gelato panini
Have you ever heard of Gelato Panini before?! Cause this was the first time we ever heard of it ‼ Such a genius creation and we can see this would be so popular in the summer ☀ The warm brioche bun combined with the cold gelato in the summer heat would be an absolute delight 🤯 Btw this gelato flavor was another one of my fave too!

Overall, everything we had here exceeded our expectation ‼ We LOVED every single bite we had. Nekta and Gerry were such awesome people and we really loved chatting with them, especially learning about their family history of ice cream makers🍦

Whether you’re a local or not, you definitely have to try any of their desserts! We guarantee you’ll be obsessed and keep wanting more like we do 🤤

highly recommend! we arrived at 20min before closing time and they were accomodating enough to allow us to order and make our fresh waffle which was amazing to eat! cute and modern. definitely great to take someone for a "date".

Gelato!! Yum, however, "closed" sign facing out, but place looked like it was open so I hesitantly opened door and it was ... yes, open. Told owner to flip sign over and, he said he often forgets! Anyway great variety. Limited seating inside and one lonely table outside.

The selection and quality are great here,
it's the only place that serves coffee in Highett Village after pretty much everything is closed AND it's the good stuff.🤌🏽

My favorites are the iced coffee, it's strong but smooth and comes with a scoop of gelato, cream and wafer straw.
With a 500ml or 1L take home tub. You can go with a tangy and refreshing fruit sorbet or decadent creamy gelato. Don't forget to try the deliciously creative holiday flavours. (If you aren't sure what to choose Nekta is extremely to helpful!)

Best of all this store is run by good people.
From birthdays to an after school scoop, they have got you covered.

Really nice place in a random spot! Highly recommend the Turkish delight and lemon meringue cheesecake.

Wow wow wow. We just had the lemon meringue cheesecake, banana split flavour, mango and bubblegum gelato. The beautiful lemon flavour is still lingering and hubby's banana split flavour was a luscious mix of Banana, berry and a little bit of choc. Amazing! So delicious. Not too sweet just perfect all the flavours we had. Dessert menu looks amazing too.

Wanted to try a new gelato spot and Fresko has really earned it's star rating. Some of the best gelato I've had in a long while, up there at messina level. Gerry was friendly and accomodating during our last minute order.

Good gelato decent flavours and good variety. Though service could be more pleasant… nothing critical happened but more welcoming attitude will be a bonus.

Amazing ice cream and sorbet, friendly service and reasonably priced. Some flavours we hadn't seen before , pavlova was amazing!

We are local and visited last week to grab a few plates of gelato and waffles. The food was delicious and we had such lovely service. We brought the pup so sat outside and they came outside to say hi and for a quick chat, told us all about how they made everything in house and provided great good. Recommend and we’ll be back soon!

This place is not just a Gelato restaurant it’s home, my goodness the owners are very hospitable, know how to carry a conversation and know how to put a smile on your face. Now that’s what I call customer service 5 star 🌟 baby

Very generous portion sizes, loads of gluten free options and lovely owners. The biscoff waffles were a favourite. They deserve 6 stars

Best Gelato store ever!! I am so happy that this store is located in my local community so I can go there very often and get my favourite flavour Triple Choc.

Fesko has such yummy, refreshing gelato with a wide variety of flavours. The staff are really kind and friendly. The gelato is an easy $5 note and you get a very generous amount.

Wonderfully delicious Gelato. Great service. The lady confirmed ingredients with the chef to ensure it met my dietary intolerance needs. Even had gluten free waffle cones!!!! Thanks so much. We will be back again soon to try more fabulous flavours.

Fantastic family-run ice cream shop stocking a wide range of creative flavours with distinctive Greek characteristics. Delicious!

Do yourself a favour and go to Fresko, get a flavour that’s outside the box like watermelon and fetta, choc baklava, zuppa Inglese etc. and be blown away at how amazing these flavours are. Each flavour is unique and strong. My new favourite gelato place!

Lovely staff 100% of the time. My now favourite icecream, seeing as I visit weekly. Very nice selection of flavours that are different yet perfect! Even people who aren't fond of new flavours can still order something they know they'll like.
