Perfect service all round with state of the art updated equipment. Dr Alawie makes everyone feel comfortable, explaining everything he’s doing along the way. You can tell he genuinely cares. Dr Sarah is wonderful with kids. My 6 year old actually gets excited to go for a check up because he gets to see Dr Sarah. I highly recommend Serene Dental. Keep up the great work Serene.

It’s always a pleasure going to Serene Dental. Professional service with state of the art facilities. Cleanliness of the highest standard. The most impressive part of their service is how their schedule runs like clock work. No lengthy delays in waiting rooms. Appointment reminders with bookings help also.

Sarah treated my child with autism today and she was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle and caring with him and made him feel at ease. Sarah made every effort to avoid overstimulating my son and spoke to him so calmly. When he began to become agitated she altered her techniques and equipment to suit his needs. I highly recommend all of the staff at Serene Dental but especially Sarah.

We be regularly attend Serene dental for our family check ups. My daughter went to Dr mohamad from when she was 3 years old . She is now 10 and loves attending Serene dental. She feels so comfortable and didn’t get scared . Dr Mohamad was very gentle and does an amazing job . Highly recommend for all your dental needs.

Dr Alawie is a very experienced and proficient dentist that runs a very clean and well presented practice. Our dealings in both a personal and professional manner have been exceptional, and he has become a trusted advisor and friend.

I had to have an emergency appointment / procedure, and the team at Serene were amazing and very accommodating. Sarah (hygienest) was very kind and Knowledgeable, explaining everything so well; and Dr Mohamed was very professional with no pain experienced whatsoever; plus the reception team were super friendly and organised. Truly holistic care and the best dentist experience I have had in my life so far- highly recommend !

This is long overdue but I had an appointment at the end of August with Dr Michael and I have never been so happy! I have been putting off a wisdom tooth operation for years due to fear and funds. In between those years I would visit dentists hoping the would at least treat a filling for the tooth next to it and a bit on the wisdom tooth too. They would not be interested and would be to worried to touch it and said they can’t treat the cavity until I have surgery. This left me hopeless as I knew the cavity was just getting worse. My friend recommended serene dental and immediately upon arriving I just had a good feeling. Dr Michael took the time to listen to me, consult me and give me 2-3 options of what could happen if he was to treat the cavity. I was so excited that I had a Dr willing to do this for me finally and being someone with dentist anxiety I had full confidence in him and just trusted him. It’s was extremely challenging but he done such an amazing job. I was well aware of a few risks or issues I could face as he explained it was extremely deep and he was worried about pain in the next day or so because of that he even had reception give me a curtsy call. I had dull pain that evening and didn’t even need to take Panadol. It’s now December and I have still no pain or throbbing thank god! Just slight sensitivity. I am hopeful that there is no bacteria lingering still. So so happy couldn’t recommend you guys enough and I’m so grateful to dr Michael! You honestly have done something no other dentist had the confidence to do while I’m still waiting for surgery! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!! Jessica :)

Couldn’t be happier. I have always felt nervous / anxious going to dentists but Dr Mohamed and the team have been absolutely amazing. The service is excellent. Definitely recommend - they’ve made a dentist visit no longer a daunting experience for me.

It wasn’t my first visit to Serene Dental in Bexley. Their practice is always clean, organised, punctual with their appointments & their service has always been great, but this time the booked dentist was my childhoods best friends daughter. As much as seeing her practice brought tears to my eyes, I was so proud of her; she was so perfect in her practice mashallah, she’s a great dentist with an angel touch, my children were so comfortable with her. Overall I was happy with the service. They’re also sponsors of Banksia Tigers soccer club so I like to support those that give back to the communities. When I moved to the area, I was looking for a dentist nearby. Neighbours recommended Dr. Mohamed Alawie in Bexley. I am very happy with the recommendation. Mohamed is a very pleasant and understanding person. He listens to your concerns. After his examinations, he explains his findings, offers different options to the treatments required and answers all the questions you might have. This time, the pain was just too much and I had to go to a dentist for my most feared and hated procedure, an extraction.

The team at Serene Dental made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I set foot in the surgery.

I barely noticed my time in the chair, hardly noticed the needle, and survived the extraction.

Michael was very informative and explained everything he would be doing along with making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. My last dentist before serene dental rushed it so bad, I had gone to him coz my gums were bleeding daily. It continued until I came to serene dental, you guys took your time properly. Sarah full needs a pay rise straight out, she told me it’ll take a few weeks for it to stop if I took care of my oral health properly, instead I quit smoking in front of her on the spot, done what she told me to do and in 2 days the bleeding already stopped. She was so focussed and precise with her work, she deserves nothing less than the best in her life. Thank you :)
