Turner Caravan Park

First time camping alone in this country also without my dogs had zero expectations just rushing thoughts and this place wowed me. I had a blissful afternoon not worried not stressed just me and an amazing view. I LOVED IT. Felt safe, lovely staff, walking distance to a restaurant and the beach. Running track is also just nearby for that early morning jog. Will make TURN😜 again 😊

Our tent is close to the river. The water is clean and shallow. Kids saw the stingray, fish and pelican. Parents played paddle boards the whole afternoon. Impressive!

Great place, great people and great town. I recommend goimg to see the light house and th water wheel when down there (awsome climbimg rocks).
If you go there for even 1 night you should brimg a kyak, the river is amazing.

What a gorgeous Caravan park this is . Set along the Blackwood River where you can take a lovely stroll along the path against the river where you can also see where the river meets the ocean.
Great facilities with communal laundries and bathroom's and washing lines .
You aren't allowed to have your own fire pits as there are designated communal fire pits .

Only stayed one night but definitely I will be back for a longer stay. Lovely lady at the office (had an accent) and I enjoyed all what the caravan Park offered. Everything was clean & tidy & well look after. Thank you!

Called from the road, they had a fantastic powered site for us at short notice. Staff so helpful. Park is quiet and relaxing, Loved it. Shower and Toilets are all new and very clean.
Gorgeous trees and on located on the river. Will stay here again.

this is one of the best parks we have stayed in. Great treed sites The staff were brilliant and couldn’t be more helpful. We enjoyed 5x night stay on a powered caravan site. Lovely park on the water. Girls in office were lovely & helpful. We had large combined grass, sand site, easy access. Amenities were clean. Great part of this park was the beautiful bird life (due to no pets rule for this park) we had green, red parrots, wrens, bronze pigeons, kookaburras, ducks .. was such a delight to have them on doorstep each day. Fire bins available. Short walk to excellent cafe/restaurant overlooking water. Highly recommend.

Travelling with a disability can be hard, not here, the staff were AMAZING. Made me feel welcome, and no bother at all. Service went above and beyond! Thanks for looking out for this grey nomad!

What an absolute treat to have a getaway from our little country rental and stay in the beautifully designed chalet we have hired for 3 night. Instantly felt at peace and destressed away from our busy lives. Highly recommend, the chalets are clean and well taken care of. Love Augusta!

Staying in our caravan at the park. It's located on the Blackwood river with ocean access just a bit further down the shore.
Very tranquil park, lots of shady trees. Although busy not noisy as out of school holidays.
Augusta is so quaint one of my favourite places.

Turners is a magical camping spot on the South West cost. The rays are an incredible experience. Can be a bit windy but the non windy days are gorgeous. We paddle boarded across the river onto the sand bars and the far bank. Glorious spot. Facilities are modern and clean.

Stayed in a on site cabin. Fantastic view of the water. Excellent accommodation.Very large rooms.Very comfortable. Loved staying here. Will be returning soon. 🤩🤩

Excellent location very peaceful short walk to town definitely worth a visit plenty of shade.
Office staff very pleasant.

Turner was a great location for our first camp trip.
The facilities were nice and clean and well maintained. Location next to the river really was lovely.
I will be recommending the park to everyone.

What a fantastic stay we had. friendly welcome, camp site location was spectacular, short stroll to the river and town.
Camp site's were great, amenities were clean, although maybe a radio station playing to muffler the humanly noises 🤭🤫
Would highly recommend Turner Caravan Park to my friends and family, you won't be disappointed. We'll be back again.

Great location, close to the water great for the kids, beautiful peaceful location. Loads of wildlife stingrays dolphins pelicans, ducks the list goes on. Will definitely be returning to enjoy the tranquillity
