How wonderful to have some good, old fashioned service at Australia Post! Talking to a REAL person is much better than swearing at my computer. I tried for a couple of hours to find a solution to my problem, using the "modern" internet with no success. In desperation , I then rang & spoke to Carol at the Marysville PO. She was friendly & helpful & went out of her way to help me solve my query. Give me good old fashioned service & personal contact any time over electronic communication ... thanks Carol.

Rude customer service. No hello from the lady, sarcastic, asked us to go somewhere else when she heard we want to send a package to Ireland. Her response was an annoyed sigh. No help at all, even though we prepared all the paperwork in advance. All in all she seemed offended to ask her to do her job.

Called in on Sunday afternoon for a brouse around, saw some lovely candles,when I made an enquiry the woman shop attendant was shockingly rude,I have never experienced this sort of behavior from a sales assistant in my life, totally uncalled for! life,onlask

Such a rude and unpleasant customer service, just went there this morning, said hi to the lady at the counter, she replied "we really don't like people to be here right now, as we have the mails being delivered!" I think it would've been better to be more polite in return.
