I went to Mitchelton wineries 50 years celebrations.
Upon arrival I booked into my room and was asked would like a glass of Shiraz, which of course I said I would love one.
The Shiraz was beautiful on the pallet, so easy to drink, loved it.

The tour with drinks provided took us through the gallery of Aboriginal Art in the cellar below, from there to the restaurant above where we enjoyed a five course meal with wine suited to each course, the chef givingus a breakdown on each course and the wine selection.
The staff were very accommodating all night and my bed very comfortable.
Great night, highly recommend you giving it ago.

On arrival we were greeted by the most professional front of house gentleman, Anthony, he was outstanding, greeted with a complimentary glass of wine, room were above expectations, simply superb. Dinner was fantastic, staff friendly and helpful. Next morning we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and again great staff, We will certainly be returning to your wonderful facility. Lex & Anne

We had the most amazing experience yet again at Mitchelton. We got engaged here 3 years ago and just celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary. The attention to detail and staff were so wonderful throughout our stay. The food, wine and overall experience was superb. We can’t wait to return

The gallery, cellar door tastings, pool, Muse restaurant and the beautiful views of the surrounding winery all exceeded our expectations.

We stayed in one of the modern, new cabins and could not have been more happy with our experience. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Stunning property!! Amazing stay, pool, food, welcome drink, views, gallery, cellar.. has it all! Only down side is the weddings there, meaning the pool is crowded with people drinking and being loud.

Had an absolutely divine stay at Mitchelton. The design and architecture is beautiful throughout. The service is amazing all round, from the moment you check in! All staff throughout the property are fabulous - special mention to Marg at The Cellar Door Wine Tasting and Marley at the Day Spa, who were exceptional!!
The suite is stunning and spacious. All the food was delicious!!
Perfect little winter getaway, can’t wait to return in the warmer months to make use of the pool.

What a beautiful modern hotel, the rooms are very clean and spacious with comfortable king sized bed, widescreen TV + there’s a pillow menu. Balcony’s either look over the infinity pool and river behind or on the other side looking out to the vineyard.

We felt relaxed and pampered.
The hotel room is clean and modern, the service was absolutely 10/10 and the day spa was so relaxing, our massage was great. The service at breakfast and dinner was also great.
We will be back, next time for a summer trip to try the pool.

Stayed here for our Anniversary and we loved it. Everything was stunning. Relaxing, great service, clean, modern, and affordable. Would recommend to anyone looking for an easy weekend away to celebrate or just get away from the noise.

My partner and I stayed here as a mini-honeymoon, in one of the rooms with a river view, and it was just wonderful. Such a beautiful and relaxing place, just the right distance from Melbourne for a long weekend. The room was so comfortable, the restaurant and wines excellent and would highly recommend the art gallery. No issues with climate control as others have stated, despite high temperatures. Just wish we had remembered bathers!

Mitchelton MGallery is a beautiful hotel located within the Mitchelton Wines estate. There is a cellar door, restaurant, cafe and art gallery on the large estate which make the whole experience amazing, this review is specific to the hotel though.

The staff here are very friendly, helpful and accommodating with requests and tips for local activities etc too. The rooms are very well appointed and you get what you pay for, free wi-fi, in room speaker, a decent balcony you can enjoy, smart tv and more. There is a beautiful infinity pool which is staffed for drinks, towels etc too, that is very relaxing. They have good tracks near the river for walks and some good reading spots and decks placed around too.

Room service is decent with food coming from the onsite restaurant and cafe too.

Definitely recommend for a relaxed escape.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Picturesque, great amenities and restaurant on site serving up amazing food. The rooms are generously sized and finished very tastefully. Only regret was not being able to visit the cellar door as we arrived after it closed and left before it opened. The front desk staff were exceptional and the restaurant wait staff lovely. The welcome glass wine in the lounge at reception was a lovely touch.

This hotels is absolutely gorgeous! Rooms are spacious with comfy beds and all the amenities. It’s luxurious. The staff are friendly and kind.

I was at Mitchelton Winery for my uncle's wedding. I was blown away with how gorgeous it was anywhere you looked. All of the different views, it was spectacular. The underground cellar where the wedding was held was so beautifully set up, it was cold but the atmosphere was so warm and special. The food was lovely, the wine was top quality, the chocolate was great. The hotel rooms were spectacular in every aspect, views included. The staff were absolutely incredible, felt very trustworthy, welcoming and friendly at all times. I do not have a bad word to say about Mitchelton Hotel or Mitchelton Winery as a whole. Lovely place

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and attended our friend's wedding. We had dinner in the restaurant, had a couple's massage, did a wine tasting, and walked the grounds. We were extremely impressed by everything! The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, the massage was incredible, the wine is beautiful, the whole place is stunning and of the highest quality! We would definitely go back, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We love staying at Mitchelton Hotel, we stayed again last Friday night, food was amazing, wines is wonderful & we love the accommodation it feels like home, very relaxing.
We had a family Christmas lunch last year always a wonderful experience.
