Such a great hidden little gem in Nagambie. Coffee shop and carrot cake to die for.
Restaurant food and atmosphere was amazing. Couldn't find more hospitable staff.

The restaurant was able to accommodate our group to another date whilst the town had a power outage whilst the new date was at full capacity. The wines were impeccably great as they are tasted prior to placing them on the wine menu. The food was absolutely amazing, tasteful and presented well; you’d just want more.

I’d recommend to make a reservation and don’t underestimate the quality of what this small business can deliver to your table.
If you’re visiting Negambie, you should also visit this restaurant. Untimed parking is directly out the front for convenience as well.

Lovely staff who were accommodating and warm, a large variety of wines and spirits to choose from.
Loved everything we ate: the arancini, scallops with house made nduja, squid ink linguini, and the steak were all perfectly cooked!

My husband Terry & I absolutely love Eighteen Sixty! We smile at each other after our first bite saying ‘delicious’. Adele is not only a sensational chef, she’s also a wonderful person. Always accommodating with our food choices. Bernie is also a great guy! Warmly welcoming us every time we arrive. So if you haven’t been to Eighteen Sixty yet, do yourself a huge favour and go! If we had to pick Adele’s signature dish, it’s the Squid Ink pasta with king prawns & crab meat. Delish!!! Enjoy!!!

We celebrated our anniversary last night at Eighteen Sixty, and they certainly did not disapoint. The meals looked amazing when they arrived and were absolutely delicious and plentiful. The service was top quality and prices were on point. Why did we wait so long to book a table at this top quality restaurant in our beautiful little town. We will definitely be back very soon. Well done guys 👏👏👏

Incredible food, vibe and service. Best artichokes I've eaten in my life.
Plus, they catered to our allergies/food preferences despite it being a public holiday when others would say no changes.
The service really makes the experience, our waitress was knowledgeable and a delight!

We were recommended to Eighteen Sixty after a wine tasting with Sarah Gough at Box Grove Vineyard.
The food was delightful. We shared 3 entrees which was more than adequate for the 2 of us for lunch.
All 3 dishes were unique and beautifully prepared with fresh ingredients.
I must confess Sarah, the wine we had with lunch was not Box Grove. Sorry!
Would highly recommend.

We’ve dined at Eighteen Sixty a number of times, with friends and by ourselves. The hospitality and food are always exceptional. The menu is not huge, but caters to every taste and dietary preference and is sourced from local suppliers whenever possible. The wine is also selected from local wineries. The restaurant has a lovely, intimate small venue feel to it. Thank you to Bernie, Dom and Adele for making us so welcome.

Enjoyed the meal, loved the experience! Had an amazing time at Eighteen Sixty. We will definitely be back next time we're in Nagambie.

Fabulous little restaurant, delicious food , cannot fault anything we ate each dish is balanced, well seasoned and a good size . Knowledgeable, happy service which always makes you feel welcome. Chocolate banana pudding that reminded me of when i was young We will 100% come back ..

Fine dining in beautiful Nagambie. Our 3rd time at Eighteen Sixty and it does not disappoint. As a semi local, I appreciate the regional representation of quality wines.

Amazing food and service, Bernie made us feel at home with our two young kids.

This little Italian Restaurant is a gem in the heart of Nagambie. The Wine and food were amazing and beautifully crafted. We shared two entrees and a Mains which was on the Specials Board - Lamb Ragu with Tagliatelle - Delicious! The fresh Calamari lightly pan fried was succulent and a melt in your mouth dish and so was the toasted Foccacia served with whipped Ricotta and olive oil. The lady waiting our table was attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and professional and our dining experience just made our weekend at Nagambie special. Highly recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I had such a lovely dinner, we had a lovely server who was so knowledgeable with wines and we finished with the most devine port that was recommended. Along with all the food we could not fault, it was all perfectly done. We look forward to coming back when we visit again in the future!

Visited for a birthday lunch with family! We had a lovely experience with the most amazing staff! Our server was fantastic at her job and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience - will certainly go back!

What a great find! Excellent well cooked dishes in a great space. Friendly service and quality produce. At our table there was steak, fish and pasta - all done beautifully. Food highlight of our trip to the area.

Spent a great night at Eighteen Sixty in Nagambie last night. It was rated at number one on Trip adviser and definitely lived up to the rating. The food was delicious especially the squid ink pasta with crab and prawns and just the right amount of chilli, it had an abundance of prawns and crab and flavour was beautiful. Great wine suggested by the waiter. Service excellent. If in the area don’t miss it but you’d need to book as was a full house.

Delightful bistro with an excellent wine list and menu showcasing local produce and a deft hand in the kitchen. The hand-made pasta was a particular highlight - gnocchi with mushrooms and pappardelle with duck ragu. Delicious dessert of Sicilian apple cake with butterscotch sauce. The service was warm and professional. Wish we had you as our local! A perfect anniversary meal.
