KFC Hawthorn

When i was there at hawthorn KFC i was star struck by there excellent service, specifically Nick who was a phenomenal employee whose service went above and beyond.

Very quick meals and never made a mistake with my meal. However there is no toilet

Myself, my brother and my best friend ate at this store today and we witnessed one of the staff members (Kavish) deal with a very rude customer. We all work in service jobs too and just wanted to take a second to acknowledge how well he handled the situation. He was wonderful and so was the shift manager on duty. Food was great too!

Great place, small but cozy. The staff are nice and their service is quick. Food quality is great.

You can get halal food here. It's a bit congested but over all good food, prompt service and great customer service.

Brand new store as of this review, so it's very clean and well presented. The amenities are quite nice for a KFC too, as it's been opened recently.
Store is a bit small though, so if you go at peak time, expect to not find seating.

Standard KFC food. I've always got my complete order. On one occasion I had to wait (21pc box) and get freshly coked pieces, I was given free chips and frozen drink while I waited, I appreciated that. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Small size store, so if you visit with more than 2-3 people, or peak hours, take-away is best.

About a month ago was served by a memorable employee named Charlotte, very friendly and efficient service and responded to my inquiries about the menu. Restaurant was tidy, only issue is the lack of potato with the gravy! Went back to kfc today and was disappointed that potato and gravy has still not been added to the menu and the service was slightly slower.

KFC is just that Fried Chicken. Hawthorn didn’t forget like 100% of the KFC Restaurant’s in and around the Wyndham area to give me napkins.

Patrick has to be the most professional fast food work iv seen in a while. Also great at defending the restaurant from the imminent threat of pigeons entering the store.

One of the best KFC in Melbourne. Their chicken is always fresh and not full of crumbs like other store. Wings size is ok not smaller like some of the stores.

Went to Hawthorn KFC for the first time tonight and was so impressed with the service I received! Great staff, great food and so happy that we’ve finally got a KFC in Hawthorn! Special mention to Iliana who was so helpful in helping me choose my food! She should be promoted!!! 5 stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What you would expect from KFC only I was surprised how fast and efficient the service was even with 3-4 more customers.
Standard KFC chicken fillet burger for me. Great quick snack on the run

For the small size of this KFC it really is a much needed addition to a wholesome glenferrie road. Food arrived very hot with the Chicken and chips really crispy which is a rarity. Service was impeccable.
