Esperance Visitor Centre

I went to book accommodation this afternoon and was very happy with my experience.
The lady wearing lots of bracelets was super friendly to me and everyone she served while I was there.
The man who did my booking listened to what I was after, found me the perfect spot and was very patient with me when I changed my mind with booking dates.
He is excellent at his job.
Together they make a smashing team!!

Esperance Visitors Centre staff are most Helpful. Denise assisted me with my CRUISE SHIPS Enquiry and I was highly satisfied with all my questions Answered and we had a couple of laughs 😃 😀 😄 😁 🤣 😂 😃 I came away with a smile and felt lighter and optimistic about our Towns future and the Cruise Ships buses issues will be resolved for next SEASON August - March April 2024 2025 (: 😀 😃 🙂 🙃 😊 😇 😀 😃 🙂 🙃

I never saw an info point so well organise, Denise has been a super star giving us all the info necessary about our stay with our dog.

Potable drinking water fill up and plenty of rubbish bins. People running the centre are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Lots of great information booklets inside

Helpful friendly staff were very good at listening and giving appropriate advice on things we wanted to see and do. Many suggestions around our interest that could be combined to make a most enjoyable experience.

Stephanie , Harry and Denise have been super helpful to find me information regarding the Ampol Servo station across the road . Thanks for your help

Very helpful lady, gave us suggestions of what to see in the area and gave us maps and leaflets. We purchased a WA National Parks pass for 4 weeks that we'll be in WA.

The long suffering lady there was most helpful and cheerful considering what she had to encounter prior to me.

The Esperance Information Centre was a great experience. Denise knew all the answers and when she wasn’t certain she rang and checked. My enquiry was re the Races and she gave us complimentary entry tickets. A delightful visit. Thank you for your assistance Great service for Esperance and us.

Very friendly staff and had the complete knowledge required for the job. During our first visit we asked for best recommended places and we almost covered them. We went there the second time again to check if we missed any. The lady was very friendly and gave us the possible locations that we might have missed and we could finally finish our trip.
