These guys are beyond helpful. So much knowledge. They put my mind at ease with the right amount of good quality food for my dog. Best pet shop in town.

Best petshop in Warrnambool I popped in today and grabbed some great quality dry and some raw meat at a great price the ladies are so lovely and very knowledgeable 🐾

Great food, the staff are very helpful. I tried all the pet shops in Warrnambool trying to find a treat or pill pocket to hide the many tablets l had to give to my very ill dog. They have a product called "Churu Bites", ideal for hiding medication for dogs who are resistive, it took all the stress out of it.

Excellent fresh meat, Dry kibble and Aussie, locally produced treats, and all things pet related. Anne and staff will help you out.

Anne is a wealth of knowledge and very reassuring. I called a little stressed about my puppy not eating, I had tried everything.
Anne immediately reassured me and suggested a series of things to try.

I went In and she was great, I loved the confidence she had in what she was suggesting.
I felt great leaving with a few ideas on where to go and the promise that if none of these worked, there was more we could do.

Her advice worked wonders.
She is great at what she does.
I am glad to be able to support her.

Quaint and arguably carry the best selection of food for the common household companions in very competitive prices. Seems to have a limited, albeit curated set of pet essentials and accessories. Staff being lovely people are a big plus. Have been my go to pet store for cat/dog food (fresh and kibbles) and pine based litter.
