I bought a split system online on Tuesday from Betta in yarram and Craig rang me soon after to see when I’d like it delivered. Later that afternoon there was a huge storm and Yarram was without power so all the shops were shut for days . Craig still made a special effort to deliver my split system as promised, even though his shop was closed . That’s awesome customer service, and so appreciated. Even though we can’t get it installed coz all the sparkys are busy installing generators at the moment 😩
I would recommend Craig and his business to anyone,
