Mister Zimi

I have made infrequent (maybe 5) purchases over the past 7 years, and really like the brand and its quality.

I recently purchased a dress and wore it one time and it had issues with the straps being damaged near the seam (after about 4 hours of light wear) - I sent photos and an email to the customer service team who were able to replace the dress at no cost to me. They were kind and understanding, incredibly professional and accommodating to my situation.

In a world where customer service is on the decline, this company clearly puts their customers first and went above and beyond to help me - thank you Morgan!

Beautiful store. Very friendly and helpful staff. The dresses here are some of the most beautiful dresses, shapes and prints I've ever bought. Maybe its just my body shape but I've never found dresses to fit this perfectly. Plus the material is great and of high quality. Defiantly worth the price... Would highly recommend!!!

Wonderful customer service from the 2 staff members. I tried on a lot of dresses trying to work out which style / sizing best suits and they were friendly, not pushy and most helpful.

The staff are super lovely, helpful and fun. I especially love Clare and her outfit tips (including her honesty when I try to put the wrong stuff together haha). Gorgeous good quality clothing that makes me feel happy and bright
