Oh Robyn I was so excited when we did my photo shoot. I must say that as a busy woman with lots of challenges I had forgotten about myself. I walked out of your studio feeling incredibly special and full of confidence. I had an amazing sense of self worth that I have not felt in years. Every mother, wife or carer should experience your fun filled photo shoot! The shoot brought me back to who I am as an independent woman. When I decided that I was going to do something special for myself for my 40th birthday and have some photos taken to mark the occasion, Robyn came to my mind instantly.
I had met Robyn over a decade ago at a Wedding fair where I decided on the spot that I wanted her to photograph my wedding (that's how much I loved her style and Robyn's personality). I wasn't disappointed. So when it came to choosing someone to do a shoot to celebrate my 40th I was delighted that Robyn was now specialising in this kind of photography.
On the day we had an absolute blast, Robyn is so lovely, easy going and funny that she puts any nerves at ease straight away. Her creativity and flair is a lot of fun and her suggestions for different shots turned out to be more than I hoped for! She also has a way of reading you so that you and your personality come out in the shots, which was very important to me in this project.
I absolutely love the shots that Robyn captured and I can't thank her enough for capturing this moment in my life for me.
Robyn is delightful to work with and I look forward to working with her again sometime in the future I hope!!!

As someone who has worked with various photographers through my industry, Robyn is up there with the very best. Not just because of her skill but her soul and personality. You can tell she loves what she does. You walk in to the smell of the fireplace (only in winter). Robyn will talk to you before hand, to get to know you to bring the best out of you. Kind, welcoming, passionate and talented all describe the experience and her so if you are looking for a great experience and great photos then I don’t hesitate to suggest you on for a second. I had the great pleasure recently, of having my photos taken by Robyn Slavin, who helped me feel at ease (I was extremely nervous at first), and I had such a fun, relaxed, happy afternoon with her. I recently worked with Robyn on her ‘White Shirt’ project; raising money for a wonderful charity. The shoot was fantastic! Robyn created a very fun and relaxed environment and kept showing me the results on the back of the camera as we went along. Her directions were easy to understand and the entire shoot was so much fun. The results look brilliant and I can not wait to show my friends and family the edited images. 😊😊

My daughter and I recently booked a photo shoot with Robyn at her studio. My daughter being a teenager was a little bit worried but Robyn made her feel very comfortable and the results speak for themselves. We couldn't be happier with the photos and they will be treasured for many years to come.
