When I shop at this store I always go thru Eileen's check out, as she provides exceptional customer service. She is friendly, thorough, fast, no nonsense and knows her stuff.
Congratulations Eileen, on your 30 years plus service at Coles. I hope that you enjoy your special day in acknowledgement of all that you are and do at work. I hope that Coles management realise what a treasure you are and how you are loved and appreciated by your regular customers. I am sorry that Coles management don't realise that a lot of us avoid the self-serve check outs like the plague, which means that you and your colleagues have to work harder than ever. I guess this is an example when progress is not really progress!!!!!!

This store continues to provide a good selection of fresh produce, unlike their competitors Woolworths @ the Wheelers Hill shopping centre. Coles have also rolled out a customer friendly self checkout system recently and this is more like the manned checkouts. Woolworths continues to be backward in this area. Go Coles!!!!!

Well I have to admit I am a bit biased when it comes to Coles but I just love them. But to be a bit objective, I do think this store needs a bit of a face lift and relaunch. Freshen up a bit like Coles Burwood heights! Of course it has all the favourites, especially the great tasting stone baked by LAURENT bread!! Check the prices on the strawberries and blueberries too. No excuse for anyone not to eat healthy choices.

Terrific range, especially of spices, seasonings aand products from other cuisines. I loved it. Great veggies too, and you can just get lots of lovely fresh loose veges minus the packaging.

Ample parking first timer l was, l thourougly enjoyed my time an l was quick checkouts were available plenty of staff for assistance well stocked slightly small tho other than that great place to shop

Smart, local, super convenient Coles that open at 6am and closes at midnight. It really helps those who finishes work late or if you needed something urgent before midnight. Very hardworking and friendly staffs 👍

Food always looks fresh. Plenty of helpful staff around. Always find what I need here. Excellent selections of international foods compared to many other supermarkets including other Coles itself.

BUT you advised me the other day that you (Coles Head Office?) have been advised by DHHS that staff picking up & pushing trolleys and working on check-outs should NOT be wearing disposable gloves. Yes/No?

I suggest you print off the relevant email, the one advising you that, and keep a copy, and submit a copy to e.g. Shine Lawyers, or Slater + Gordon. There is now legislation for jail sentences for workplace manslaughter. Including customers?
