Cathy and Hannah are your warm creative hosts, And patrons tell me the coffee is great!

Great area, spacious both indoor and outdoor, stunning space & decorations.
Foods here are so delicious that keep me coming back (I haven’t tried any food from this place that I don’t end up not liking!)
And of course, the staff here are incredible and super kind 😍 10/10 service for sure

Rosie & Sonia are always up for a chat with plenty of snack or lunch options. There’s also a great variety of women’s clothing and homewares to browse whilst they prep your coffee!

What a beautiful little cafe, I feel so happy I found this place around the corner. It has a courtyard out the back with lovely planty vibes and the service was exceptional. Oh and the coffee and food was delicious. Will definitely be back again!

Excellent experience, the outside courtyard is very cosy and home like, the staff here are speedy with their responses and delivery of service. The coffee brew is spectacularly smooth and brewed to the right temperature for me. The eggs on sourdough toast was exquisite and a nice touch to finish off my morning while I did some scheduling. All in all, a great working team and store, would highly recommend!

Went there for the first time in Saturday to check out this amazing jacket in the window. Then I noticed the sandwiches which also looked like works of art. So- I tried a chicken, cheese and pickle foccacia and it was literally the best sandwich I've ever eaten it at a cafe ever. Even just writing this review makes me want to drive back there and get another one.

This shop is just the cutest! The shopping offer they have in here is a mixture of bohemian and stylish, it’s lovely!
Also their chef Tim is very talented and cute haha

This Cafe is it. I don't think the experience gets much better. The staff are fantastic and they even helped me out with organising some catering for my mums birthday as I was leaving with my coffee after breakfast.

The space is beautiful and pet friendly. It's just such a nice environment to spend the morning. Fantastic Menu as well.

I had the smashed avo with goat cheese feta and chilli oil. Such an amazing combo, the chilli oil wasn't overly spicy and had great onion and pepper flavours.

Coffee was on point and definitely satisfied that morning bean juice hit.

Definitely will revist from Brissy again.

I have just found my new favourite cafe in Mallalieu. This place is beautiful, just keep going down through the charming store and you will find a quiet haven at the back, with cosy little tables and chairs, lovely staff, perfect coffee (I'm extremely fussy about my soy lattes!) and delicious, home style, cafe treats. There is a gorgeous outdoor seating area, tucked away at the back, which is just made for intimate girlie chats too. I'm almost afraid to review this place in case everyone else starts coming here and I lose my favourite hideout, but they deserve the good feedback!

I was able to quickly grab a coffee and find all of my little bits and pieces for Christmas including some very cool illustrated cards to give to close family and friends. Lovely service from Rosie and Ethan, good work team - keep it up!

A very special place to enjoy coffee, breakfast or lunch in Hawthorn. This gorgeous little place is a labour of love by the owners, with a commitment to provide the best quality and service to their customers, within an aesthetically inviting space. Ever-evolving according to the needs of their customers, they rise to the occasion every time. There has never been a beverage or meal I have not enjoyed at Mallalieu. You have become the heart and soul of Hawthorn.

Literally stumbled on this little gem... absolutely sensational cheese board and delicious wine hidden in what appears to be a little gift shop.
Super Gluten Free friendly, in fact I think the GF alternative served with the cheese board was better than the standard.
Highly recommend popping in if you're passing by.

Our favourite local cafe, I love the coffee, curated shopping and the gorgeous owner, Rosie. Can't go past the chicken sandwhich, or a wine in the courtyard.

Just returned home from an impromptu mid morning stop off. Took advantage of their pop up outdoor setting watching life on Auburn road go by. Hands down - BEST coffee I have had for a very long time! Also indulged in their Chicken & Dill Toastie...DELICIOUS! Wonderful and friendly staff as always. Thank you.

I've had delightful brekky's here a few times but just had the chance to devour a hefty amount of cheese and sip upon some refreshing cocktails during the new happy hour night openings. The staff are beyond divine too. 10/10 would go every weekend if I didn't have an ISO body to conquer.
