We recently had our first Klapp experience, buying a new amplifier. We had a clear idea of what we wanted and Martini endorsed our decision based on our outline of our system, setting and budget. Martini’s knowledge and experience was obvious and impressive. He then gave us a healthy discount on the RRP of the amp, and a free tour of the whole store, dazzling us with the super premium equipment Klapps carries. A real treat. We now know why this store has operated for over 60 years. Highly recommended.

Just recently visited this store in sight of a new turntable to upgrade and replace my old one. Tony and Martini were very helpful and honest, guiding us on what to look for and what is best for us. Although we were purchasing a low end hifi system, we were treated as if we were kings. guiding us through all their high end equipment and experiencing the world of sound engineering. it is just amazing to see how passionate Tony and Martini were. definitely left a mark on us.
I wouldn't call this another store, I would call it an experience. would definitely come back for when I need any advice or upgrades. thank you to them for outstanding service and honesty.

I'd recently purchased an amplifier (Rotel RB1590) from KlappAV. I had interacted with Jason who was more than patient and professional to assist me in the process. I did get a good price including shipping to my city. The amplifier arrived in perfect condition as packed from the warehouse. Installed the amp and having a great experience. I'll definitely visit KlappAV for any AV needs of mine in the future!

I visited these guys primarily out of convenience- they were open on a Sunday when another Marantz stockist was closed. I was pleasantly surprised, Jason was run off his feet, but maintained his professionalism throughout. I left confident in the advise received and goods purchased.

Subsequent visits to collect my orders were not exactly 5 stars, served by some grouchy old guy who was so clearly uninterested in how he came across it can only be his own business. On the balance of it I'd still go back, so they still deserve all the stars!

I couldn’t have had a better experience, amazing service, outstanding product knowledge and the awesome speakers recommend by Mauro martini were even on sale. After we purchased Martini gave me and my dad a tour of the finest equipment at klapp just for the fun of it. When we got home Martini was also happy to help us with the installation. Simply outstanding throughout. We will never shop anywhere else.

Just set up my new record player and Klipsch active speakers. Sounds great.. much better than my old player.. very happy with their advise and help during the purchase.

We walked in off the street and were served by Martini. What an amazing experience - the staff clearly love what they do and really know their stuff. We bought a Music Hall turntable and Klipsch active speakers - both were display stock and we've had no problems whatsoever. We couldn't be happier sitting here listening to some old and recently purchased vinyl. Thanks Martini for a perfect outcome.

Bought new speakers, sonus faber v. As i live in Mildura, i did not get to audition speakers but with Martinis direction and advice i did my own google research and decided they were a great choice! Martini was right, great speakers, moves my music listening experience to another level.
Im Using a cambridge cxa81 amp, rega mm phono preamp, project carbon debut evo with a AT VM750 SH stylus (Martinis advice) and a BluOS node 1 streamer.
I love it, but unfortunately i got no work done all weekend, listened to music instead!

As someone who has always wanted to begin their Hi-Fi journey but never knew where to start, I could not recommend Klapp more highly! Went in for a very casual browse and was met with top notch personable service & advice and left with a memorable experience and a great load of equipment to boot!

I walked in off the street to buy a turntable with a budget and the most basic knowledge of what speaker I needed it to work with. The guys were fantastic. They spoke in a strange language of numbers and letters but translated without talking down to me, stuck in budget and helped with the set up before I left. Everything worked perfectly

Since 1990 I had always been loyal to another HiFi boutique who shall remain nameless, however, just a few years back I had a couple of less than pleasing experiences with them.
It was a difficult choice to make but after all those years of purchases, not to mention purchases from friends whom I recommended they visit there before buying at a JB or HV supermarket, I decided that this wasn’t acceptable and perhaps it was time I moved on.

Having tried a couple of different stores over a period of 5 years I walked into Klapp’s showroom in Windsor in search of some Bowers and Wilkins P7 headphones.
Straight away their welcome and patience in allowing me all the time I needed to audition them convinced me that this was exactly the place I wanted to be.

Absolutely fabulous place to shop. I’m an audiophile on a budget and the guys at Klapp know this but that never stops them indulging me in auditioning their high end set ups when time and business allows.

They have always advised me well on purchases and have never tried to unnecessarily upsell me.
In fact today over the phone they actually advised me not to purchase something and educated me as to why I should do a bit more research before making this particular purchase.
I can safely say I’ve found where my loyalty lies once again. I cannot recommend the guys at Klapp highly enough for their service and their range of brands, priced from entry level to absolute state of the art should cover anybody, whether they’re seeking to begin their journey to better sound or if they are a seasoned connoisseur who doesn’t need to ask the price.

I recently purchased a Marantz Cinema 70s AV Receiver from the guys at Klapp Audio in Windsor - they provided fabulous service in store but really excelled when I had problems connecting the AV receiver to my Samsung TV. Over a number of lenghty phone calls Jason patiently worked through the issues until the problem was solved! Can't recommend them highly enough!!

Amazing service and the store is like a cave of audio wonders. Totally recommended!
