Professional quality equipment and very assertive and friendly staff. I went to buy a pair off good quality presonus studio monitors and a matching sub. The staff there was so assertive they played music on several models to assist to my needs and preferences. They even helped me carry the items to the car. Such professionalism throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them.

The team at Windsor and online support were a massive help when I came to them with questions regarding my home studio set up and cable management. They went above and beyond to explain which products and cables would best suit my needs.

A pretty incredible experience buying from Store DJ. Angus (Richmond) and Louis (Fitzroy) were so helpful, knowledgeable and forgiving when it came to me and my hardware choices. I had a few issues with trying to find the right hardware setup and they were so helpful in demonstrating kit, thinking broadly about my setup back at home.

I did have to return a couple of items and exchange for something else to find the right fit - and whilst stern about the policy, they went an extra mile to make a special consideration for me.

I'm grateful, and will continue to shop at StoreDJ.

Everytime is a pleasure to go to Store DJ.
I had a software issue with my Denon Prime 4+, after dealing for two weeks with Denon through emails with very poor service, I decided to take my controller to the store to send the controller to Denon, as still under warranty.

Chris at the store, despite that is not his job, decided to take a look to the unit, just in case, and guess what, he sorted out the problem, saving me 4 weeks of waiting time for coming back from official service.

Great professionalism from Chris and all the guys at the store.

I called up today to get some speaker advice for an old amplifier I was given and spoke to Laine. He was incredibly helpful, took his time to research the information I required and was an overall nice guy. I also ended up buying a turntable from this store as they just happened to have a sale on too!

Friendly and helpful staff upstairs at the Windsor store. Was made to feel very welcome and encouraged to try things out. Short on time today but will def be back again. Price on the usb interface I wanted was the best around including online.

I don't leave reviews, but this store should get one. As a female musician I experience a lot of sexism in music stores, but Store DJ are always really wonderful and helpful and most of all, not sexist and not patronising. And so I drive from the peninsula to go there. Awesome place!

Ordered a Gravity speaker stand late on Monday night via Store DJ website. Received it on Friday morning in regional Victoria. Very pleased at promptness of delivery and all in excellent condition. Thank you!

Manny's staff are friendly and knowledgeable both over the phone and in-person. They will also price-match. Accessories and/or free tech is often offered on purchases such as a free audio interface with a higher end keyboard or a free keyboard stand with a mid-range one. Shoutout to the chap in Pro Audio for hooking it up with the Audio Technica hat as well!

I recently purchased some equipment from Jason at Store DJ Windsor. Jason was fantastic at helping me explore my options with DJ decks as well as studio speakers & subs, studio monitor stands, headphones cables and so on. He has helped me get the best out of the makeshift spare bedroom studio with advice on the right size monitors and sub to combine for the room as well as acoustic treatment and placement of my equipment for the best used experience. Store DJ has everything you need to make the perfect home studio from scratch. They have been really helpful when needing advice on troubleshooting to get the best out of my equipment and any issues that I have come across have been dealt with fast and in a very professional manner. Not only is Store DJ and Jason full of helpful information but have made the experience of the purchase fun and exciting!

12 yrs ago was when I first stepped foot in this store. I swing by here and there and I love that it never feels any different with the customer service. I've never had a bad experience and they're always so willing to just chat and help. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for your audio equipment needs.
