These guys literally changed my life.
Robbo and Bear are very understanding and informative. They will help you with appropriate exercises, nutrition and encouragement.

Also, great taste in music 🤘

I'll be going back everytime I pass through Yass.

Robbo and his sidekick "Bear" are not only super professional but know how to laugh and have a joke. They have a great play list for the tunes also. I was in Yass for 3 x months and quickly felt very much at home thanks to these guys. The gym has great equipment and they are very knowledgeable. It is definitely up the top of the Yass tourist attractions and not to be missed.

Great traditional gym. Run personally by a highly experienced, knowlegable owner. Welcoming and highly functional no frills gymnasium. Highly recommended
