great selection and good service, even through COVID. though i found the website a little confusing with what you can buy and pick up at different locations. it seems let you checkout things that can't be picked up at the location selected.

I ordered a 6 pack of beer for my husband as a gift and when it arrived I noticed it was only a few weeks away from the expiry date. When I emailed to complain I was met with rude customer service, told it was due to importing the beer from Japan (other retailers don't seem to have issues with this) gave no apology and I was essentially blamed for their bad product. Terrible customer service, would not recommend.

I purchased one item over 10 years ago. A few years ago I started getting regular spam. I have contacted the company multiple times to be removed from their mailing list. No reply. Still getting spam.
If they can't be trusted with your email address, I wouldn't be trusting them with my credit card details.
