Bunnings Notting Hill

What a fantastic experience!!!
Tyra was so helpful & went above and beyond to help me, she actually demonstrated to me how to achieve the outcome I was after in the paint section at Notting Hill. Lovely girl & fantastic service. Thanks Tyra. They really need to put you in the Bunnings Commercial. 5 stars from me.

I was after a lawn mower on sale via phone, staff Natalie was very friendly and helpful. She called me back within 10 mins and confirmed in stock. She reserved for me and gave me clear instructions where and how to get it , took a photo where it left. The support is amazing and I had 5 star experience! Thank you !

Notting Hill Bunnings is a weird one. It's in a repurposed warehouse and because of this it doesn't have the standard layout. Visiting various Bunnings frequently, I generally know where everything is and can get what I need quickly. However here, a lot of sections are in different areas and took me ages to find. Thankfully staff do know where everything is, and everything I needed was in stock. So the 1/2 a dozen things I needed from different sections took me instead of 15 minutes, closer to an hour! I asked at least 4 staff for locations and every single one was friendly, cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. Real customer service from everyone from the greeters to the cash register staff!

we came for some rat poison recommendations and a kind and comedic worker called Aman came and assisted us. His knowledge in the field, coupled with his patience, kindness and layback demeanour made our experience not only enjoyable, but helped us learn a thing or two about rats and how to deal with them. if you are having rats/mice eating the fruits (and vegetables) of your labour, or are in need of any assistance, make sure to hit up Aman at Bunnings.

Great garden section. Staff are usually available for help and assistance, but they're all so grumpy. The plant selection, as well plant quality, is way above other Bunnings stores between Hawthorn and Notting Hill. I travel to go there for plants, even tho there are other stores closer to my address.

The guys in the timber yard extremely helpful, especially Raymond and Michael. Helped my load up with timber for my fencing project. Even dropped a fresh pack of rails for me.

Notting hill bunnings fulled with all hardware items, it has enough parking area,also friendly staff. After 4,5 i visited thre shop but it looked like the same before came to restrictions. But this time less discount items. Anyhow i recommended this place to people who are living near those suburbs.( Glen waverly, mount waverly ,clayton, Notting hill, )

It's an another bunnings, need more experienced staff who knows what a hammer drill or masonry drillbit is. Young generation needs opportunity, but often too laid back and lack of knowledge for a place like this.

I had a great shopping experience in the timber yard. Employees Boek, Raymondo and the Falafel were really helpful and passionate about their jobs. To top this expirence, Laz at the trade desk took service to a new level. 100% will be coming back. Best bunnings going around.

Staff was exceptionally helpful. Thank you for offering to help and helping with carting and carrying a big order (two huge Ute toolboxes) I had to my car and help me load them into car. Ended only one could fit into back seat so i had to drive home and come back again for the second one. He was happy to hold it for me while I come back a second time to get the remaining toolbox. Please continue with great service. I’m a long time customer of this Bunnings outlet at Notting Hill Victoria and will be shopping at for any Bunnings products.

Harry at Notting Hill was efficient and professional dealing with my product return today . The staff are friendly but Harry was exceptional I have never been treated so well at any Bunnings store ever! I’m in my 50s and a long term customer at Bunnings, this is the only time I’ve ever been tempted to review the service it seriously was a fantastic end to a difficult transaction today. Please measure your staff by this young man and I would insist a commendation by his management is absolutely essential.

Even though I'm a long-standing Wesfarmers shareholder, I don't always go to Bunnings for my hardware & garden needs. Firstly it's a bit of a hike from Malvern and often I get no or poor service.

Today was different. I called up the Notting Hill store to check on supply of Mondo Grass before I drove out there.

The last seven 10-packs were located and put aside for me. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Nat who was guarding the Mondo Grass for me at the garden centre's front counter. Great service. Nat is clearly a role model for her warm and expert customer service.

We visited this Bunnings for pressure washer and Mike was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the various brands available! Very pleased with the service.
