Called in today to get some flowers for another local business that had done us a huge favour in collecting our daughter from a highway breakdown. The florist owner was really charming and understanding of our stress and helped with our choice of flowers. There were several bouquets on display which were beautifully presented at this late hour on a Saturday afternoon. It was great that she was open and so helpful. Thank you so much.

Called today to arrange a gift to be delivered for my mothers birthday so helpful over the phone sent photos of gift option A++ very friendly.. As an extra we arranged flowers to be sent via another website and were let down by email at 2pm this lovely lady has arranged to deliver for us today just to make my mother day A+++++ thanks so much for your awesome customer service.

Overpriced, disappointing, waste of money

Paid $80 and the florists pick bouquet was rubbish
Not fresh, bunch wilted and fell apart after not quite three days
Next time paid $70 for a bushy white bouquet with no lilies or roses, very scarce on flowers and more filler than anything, the bouquet was all in all small and stingy
I wished I got woollies flowers for cheaper I could have made a better arrangement myself
Disappointed and they’ve lost us as a customer which is a shame we spend quite a bit on nice flowers for home
Service wasn’t great either- very abrupt and got told to give them a price and they would choose for me. I like to choose according to my decor.
When I called to complain after delivery I got the vibe as if she knew and I’d better not complain which I didn’t

I ordered flowers for a special mum on Mother's day who lost a child. I asked for Pink and Yellow flowers. Paid $70.

when I saw the bunch I was very disappointed. It was mainly greenery and had a big bunch of filler flowers that were white. Was really only a couple of pink and yellow flowers in the bunch.

Will certainly not use this florist again.

I ordered flowers for my sister in laws 60 th birthday. I ordered florists choice bouquet as I thought the florist would use the best flowers they had. They sent her 6 unmatched flowers, no greenery 😔. Over $82 . I’m sooooo embarassed Never again 😕

Poor quality flowers several times now. Old, limp and customer service is appalling. This time I said something because they don't care. Go elsewhere!
