A great experience. The customer service was excellent. Hope was so helpful and the guys in store were patient with my lack of knowledge. Both of my issues were solved and I left very happy.

Anthony was extremely helpful and friendly. He installed my LEDS very efficiently. 100% would recommend this place.

I walked in after some advice on a single din head unit for my car, Hope' was really good at pointing me in the right direction in regards to what I'd need, the features and her personal opinions on the units themselves, one little hiccup with a part not being in stock but she made quick work ordering one in for me, very happy with the service that she provided👍

I was at this store Sunday 16th October and was greeted by two lovely guys at the front counter. I wasn't sure which oil or coolant to purchase so I asked Ryan, who not only looked up the information on the computer, but took me to where they were on the shelves and carried them to the counter for me - he even offered to put them in the car for me! What fantastic, friendly and efficient service from this young man...I will be more than happy to recommend this store to family and friends! Thanks again Ryan..

Walked in a few days ago and received the best customer service, staff member Anthony assisted me to find the perfect products for my vehicle, which made it very easy. All the staff are wonderful. Great team.

Great service this morning from one of the team who sold and fitted a battery to my car. It involved a bit of work as the air filter prevented the battery from being accessed but he was patient and careful not to cause any damage. Can't speak highly enough of the team as I saw another staff member fitting some wiper blades. Obviously great service is part of their ethic.
Highly recommended and I will be back for any of my automotive needs for sure.

I urgenty needed new windshield wipers, however I have absolute no clue about cars so as I was searching for places to buy wipers, I noticed *other major auto outlet* supplied fitting at a small extra cost, however Autobarn was closer and the wiper refills were a few bucks cheaper so I just decided to do it myself.
When I rocked up I was immediately met by a bloke who looked like he knew everything there was to know about cars. Told him I needed new wiper blades and his first question was whether or not I needed a hand cutting them to size and fitting them for no extra cost. Asked me to wait a minute or 2 as they were shortstaffed (retail worker myself, completely understand) and he immediately got to work on my car.
Wish I got the blokes name but I ended up getting all 3 wipers on my car replaced for cheaper than I expected AND done for me for no added cost, so big ups to the guys at Autobarn Ferntree Gully, cheers 👍

Was having a hard time replacing a headlight globe. I popped in today and the guys managed to do it for me. It wasn’t an easy job for them, but they were so patient and determined to get it done, they even offered me a chair as they knew it would take a while. Thanks so much guys!

Bought and fixed some accessories to my car. Staff was so nice to drop me and kids to near by shopping centre while fixing was happening. Excellent service which can makes huge difference.

Would have been good if staff was able did a demo on the equipment fixed and how it works. Since fixing is done by hired contractor not have access to him/her to discuss about the fitting.

In my opinion the ferntree gully store has the most helpful staff and knowlegable, compared to Repco ferntree gully.
