Wonderful family business, who care about their staff. I have worked at Burlington for 8 plus years in the Packhouse and met hundreds of people including locals and backpackers from all over the world. Many return each season because of the company's core values and duty of care towards all team members. I've been working as a picker at Burlington Berries for 6 months. I was there in December 2019 until June 2020. I did blackberries and raspberries and it was absolutely amazing loved and i missed it so much. The people that i worked with they're are really nice and very helpful. Thank you Burlington Berries Sophie Sutherland for the working opportunity and for the care and love i can't wait to come back in the summer ❤❤❤❤❤❤ and for those of you wanted a summer job this will be an opportunity for you. I had such a great time doing my farm work here. I wasn't really looking forward to completing when I came but it has been one of the best bits about my travels around Australia and I have made so many awesome friends with all the other backpackers on the farm and was sad to leave when I finished. They were also really helpful about everything to do with signing off my farm days. If you get the chance I really recommend coming to work here.
