Commonwealth Bank Sorell Branch

I think this is one branch that still tries to maintain a relationship with their customers. They have many elderly ones who come in and they are treated with dignity and helped as required. This has largely been lost in the banking industry with most being encouraged to do things online. They seem to be finding a balance here.

Went in with my 5 year old so he could change his coins for notes. The lady who served us was so sweet and made it such a great experience for him. He skipped out of the bank 😄.

extra ATMs in a vestibule in the entrance. Another Commonwealth ATM located on the Left Hand side of the main Coles entry

only used the atm as I refuse to pay to access my own money.

The staff was careless and gave me less change twice. When choosing to come here for change be sure to count carefully the cash they give you. One female employee proudly said that their money changer was fine and I didn't need to count the money. This was obviously NOT right. Because they forgot to give me note or coins. when I got home and found that the money was less, I had to go back to communicate and they only gave me the money back once without any compensation. The second time I was not got the missing money back.

Hopeless under trained staff sending you out with incorrect information. Lucky there is a branch in rosny or I would have shut my accounts on the spot!

NAB never have these issues.

Avoid the Sorell branch, their staff are useless. Go to Rosny Park instead if you're after good customer service.
