Amazing customer service! We are travelling Australia and were having some issues with our electrical, we stopped by Voodoo’s and they looked at it right there and fixed our problem in 10 mins even though they were super busy. Nice guys, highly recommend and appreciate their assistance.

If we could give more stars we would! The customer service was amazing! They were fully booked for the day but still made time to fix our issue. Can’t thank you guys enough!

It was great to experience old fashioned service. He resolved many long standing electrical charging problems in our camper trailer and had us on the road again.Micheal is very approachable , efficient and knowledgeable. What a sensational business and service from Michael & James. We had a serious brake (none) issue with our caravan and he had us sorted and operational in no time. Then our Charging system was not reporting properly. Not an issue. Replies to calls, thorough in his work and review of situation and explained all what was done and what was needed. I had an issue with my trucks tailgate not working enroute from Sydney to Brisbane so stopped in at 3.30pm. Michael was great and had me on the road with tailgate working within 45 minutes. I couldn’t be more complimentary of his work as he was quick, efficient and professional. Good job guys.

We were a long way from home on a month long road trip over the holiday period, and discovered an electrical issue with our 4WD. After days of trying to self diagnose without any luck, I googled local Auto Electricians in the area, and Voodoo were a company that provided a mobile number, it was New years eve, Not expecting a response, I sent out a text message.
I received a message a few hours later, I gave a brief run down of our issue, and it was offered to me to come around later that afternoon for a look. Problem was diagnosed within 20min, and fixed not long afterward. I was charged a lot less than I expected for Michaels time, especially given the dates.
A few days later, we were offered to go out on a bit of a local 4WD adventure with the rest of their crew clearing tracks and crossing water falls, which we were so grateful to be included.
Thanks so much Voodoo, we'll be keeping in touch, and hopefully future adventures.

Michael and James were both very easy to deal with, called Michael about caravan batteries not working, called in the next day and he tested and got James to replace them.

Amazing! Urgently needed an alternator installed. Not only did they do great work and a great price but Michael took care of the family by driving us to get some reprieve from the heat and picking us up again. Michael Robinson from Voodoo Auto Electrical, Coffs Harbour, came to our rescue on two occassions when we were travelling and found ourselves without power in our van. Great and helpful advice. Next day we did not have indicators on our the van, Jayco couldn't assist and Michael drove to the Jayco area and made the necessary adjustments and we were safe to go.

I needed to have a 3rd party Bluetooth received connected to my car. I called up and spoke to Michael and he said to come over for a few hours and he would fit it for me. Very friendly and professional i can highly recommend Michael - he even showed my how to level my low headlight.

I have only just started travelling in my new Motorhome last week. I was having lots of issues with maintaining power & battery levels with indicators & warning lights going on & off intermittently. (I thought it was me not understanding the computer system correctly!!) I was referred to Michael from Voodoo Electrical in Coffs Harbour. Over the last 2 days, Michael has sorted out my problems, educated me about my Motorhome, replaced 2 blown, burned out, overloaded fuse connections on both batteries & repaired the mounts for my hot water system, as well! I cannot recommend him highly enough 👏🙏😊 Just an honest, awesome 🤩 guy, who does a great job with a great deal of professionalism & patience 😃👍

Absolute legends , I called past in the morning to see if they could help with a scan / computer issue & they were a bit busy at the time but said come back in the afternoon, went back in the afternoon &, 20 minutes later all fixed . Thanks heaps guys 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I cannot recommend this gentleman enough... The most decent, helpful, kind and most of all knowledgeable professional you can get. Such a combo is a rarity these days. I absolutely did not expect that we will get the best price for such an outstanding service. Adding to this the fact that we desperately needed help with such a minor/quick issue that was a big deal for us and we were squeezed in between other clients probably depriving the hardworking man of his break. When we are back in the area travelling again we will come by even if just to say hello!
