Mullaway General Store and Newsagent

Such a great general store.
Ordered from people's recommendations, the sweet potato fries & lentil burger. ( Jann offered to change it to a wrap )
Hubby ordered a satay chicken burger & this was also changed to a wrap
omg delicious!!!!
Hubby talked about it for the whole trip

beeeeest store in the whole area!!! the coffee is honestly the best you can get, a large FW is with 3 shots, Almond, Out Milk, they have literally everything your heart needs...

Beautiful corner store owned by an energetic happy couple for the locals and a very welcoming environment for the tourist.

Fish and chips are great!
I don't know about the other foods, but Other foods would be delicious, too.
Other local people order different kinds of food and take it. Owner looks friendly and their kid help him. Next time, I want to be recommended food to the owner.

Best coffee on the North Coast, great service.... 5 star proper.

For a small corner store it has what you need, super busy for food which is a great sign that the food is good and yes it doesn't disappoint with good serving sizes and fast service, fantastic.

Amazing food. We liked everything we tried. Beef Burgers were great so were the Chicken burgers and Fisherman's basket. Pleasantly surprising and very friendly. Amazing value as well.

Gorgeous old fashioned general store - delicious healthy home made burgers with hidden veggies the kids love. Plus the best chips (especially with chicken salt!) and always such a generous serve. Thanks Wally & Jan!

Absolutely wonderful food and atmosphere the owners are amazingly lovely real 70s 80s style corner shop with fish and chips burgers shakes mixed lollies icecreams and even a cappuccino or iced coffee from the barista. If your up that way stop grab a drink or a bite drive to the the point overlooking the ocean and enjoy

We stayed in mullaway a while ago… I tell you what though..: the beer battered fries are unforgettable… best I’ve had- ever. ✊

I have been to this place a few times :) Jann and Wally are the most special humans I've known, the coffee is delicious and the burgers and chips are reaaaally good. Mullaway shop forever !!!
