I have been a patient with this practice for 18months and I am always amazed and am wonder at the friendliness, and professional dedication that is projected by all the Staff and Doctors at this practice. From the very first appointment I was made feel at ease and comfortable. They are nice people and they care. Congratulations to each and every one at the Centre. Great job. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service every time. Dr Ben is extremely competent and professional. We had to get emergency stitches after my partner cut his finger to the bone and on arrival we were led straight to the procedure room.

In October, I was having extreme pain in my arm joints and my mother called the practice to see if there were available appointments. There were no available appointments, however Dr Vangala fit us in between patients (perhaps even over his lunch break), and spent an hour with me to understand my pain and diagnose my condition. He was very thorough, kind and really took his time. He sent me off to get a blood test and the results of that test showed that I have Acute Leukaemia. Had Dr Vangala not seen me that day, I would have not made it to see Christmas. I owe him and the practice my life. I have been to other practices where I have felt like a number, unseen and shoved out the door. This practice has never made me feel that way, the doctors are thorough and truly care about their patients. The nurses and receptionists are incredible too. Cannot recommend this practice enough!

No complaints as I’ve always seen Dr Maria or Dr Ben and both have been great. Marita is also always friendly and professional. The practice is sometimes able to help out via phone appointments, and it’s handy being able to pop in for bloods if required. Parking is usually easy too.

Ben is a knowledgeable and concerned doctor. The practice is well run by the staff.

Exceptional service and care is always received from this practice. 4 members of my family attend this practice and we love all the staff and doctors. The reception staff always do their upmost to accomodate any requests for last minute appointments and never make you feel like you are just another patient. Bulk billing Mon - Fri is also very much appreciated, especially as Myself and my husband are in our 80’s and are frequently needing medical attention
Having onsite QML and treatment rooms is also a bonus.

Had our first COVID-19 vaccination today. All so smooth with clear communication about the vaccine and what to expect..... Vaccination done and 2nd injection appointment booked, in and out under 45 minutes..... Well done Dayboro Medical Centre team 👏👏👍👍
