Always love going here to get my nails done! The staff are so friendly the second you walk in the door, they have a wide range of colours and if you book in with Tahlia, she does some amazing nail art and always leaves me feeling so happy and well looked after!

Ellin has a beautiful salon where she makes you feel very comfortable and treats you with respect and privacy. Her eyebrow and lash treatments are top notch and I am thrilled with the results. You won’t be disappointed

I had a 30min back, shoulder & neck massage with a voucher that was a Christmas present. Jen made me very comfortable and asked if I wanted light, medium or firm pressure & checked for any joint issues. The room was set up beautifully & the massage was excellent. Jen is a very skilled masseur and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thank you!

Had another beautiful pamper session yesterday while getting an all over tan, Ruby the beauty therapist was terrific she got exactly what l wanted as in the depth of colour and all over coverage. Today the tan looks fabulous all ready for the weekend. I can't recommend these guys enough, the shop is beautiful, relaxing, and has a great ambience, the staff compliment the business. There prices are reasonable and the products offered for after care are 10 / 10.

10/10 experience. Very professional service and made me feel at ease. Management contacted me after I’d left to say they forgot to apply a promotional discount and promptly refunded me the amount! I don’t know of many places that would bother to do that. Especially in this economy! Will definitely be going here from now on

I saw Kathryn for a lash and brow tint. She was very gentle and professional and took the time to explain what she was doing. Kathryn also gave me lots of information and options for future treatments understanding that I was not looking to become too invested in a beauty regime.

I was blown away by the miracle Ellin managed to work! It was exactly what I hoped for, and the products were amazing and lasted all day. Ellin was great to chat to, everyone there was lovely and friendly

The makeup Master class was perfect. I had been feeling hopeless at doing my makeup since hitting menopause. I felt stuck in the 80's. Nothing I did, looked right. Tahlia helped show me new techniques, to suit my skin and age, for daytime makeup. She gave me the confidence & skills to do my make up beautifully too. The results were remarkable. There was no pressure to purchase their products, but I couldn't resist. Tahlia was wonderful.

Kathryn is fantastic. I have been getting lashes with her for around 6 months. The retention I get on my classic eyelashes far exceeds expectations and she’s so fast. Wouldn’t go anywhere else than Beautiful Creatures.
