The job that they promised to be finished in 3 days time took a week and a half with one day they did not turn up at all. Please ensure you get everything in writing from this builder, as he made a verbal agreements, however changed his mind several times. He did not complete the tasks and left a HOLE in our dining room wall. They also covered our electricity plug under a sofit, in spite that the business owner who promised they will put a junction and fix the plug outside the sofit. They also charged for second hand timber replacement, claiming it was hard to get the material. He did not remove the left over derbies from the site in spite promise made on a 3 occasions. They promised to work on a Saturday to complete the job however when they were questioned through a text to the business owner who claimed that he sent a text which WE NEVER RECEIVED!! When he was confronted through a telephone call of the unfinished works for which he was demanding the full payment; he threatened my family that he will not finish the work at all and will ask the boys to stop the work. They are unreliable, unorganized indecisive, not adhering to the customers wishes and not a visionary builder.
The jobs are generally done by other people rather than the business owner who claimed BEING A QUALIFIED BUILDER!! I paid this builder in full and also gave away all old windows for which i did not even receive any compensation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER TO ANYONE IN-SPITE HAVING A LICENSE NUMBER ISSUED BY THE QBCC. IF you decided to choose these people for a written quotation and never pay by the hour, because they do what they wish and this cannot be trusted.
