Pure Underwater Imaging

We decided to take our first holiday as a family with our little 9 month old and our destination of choice was Caloundra, Queensland. Whenever we go on a holiday, we always make it a point to purchase an art peace that captures and commemorates the beautiful memories had during the trip. While walking down the Sunday market, we walked past a stall with some breath taking photography. One photo in particular had caught my partners eye. You can guess, based on this post, whose stall it was- Pure Underwater Imaging. Upon walking in, we were immediately engaged by Justin with a friendly smile and a hello. The positive interaction that followed revealed a plethora of beautiful photos for us to select from. Even though the one that caught our eye was not what we had decided to purchase, Justin’s flexibility, insight and overall positivity allowed us the space to select the perfect photo to display in our home. We are so beyond thankful to have engaged with Justin and his art, and are proud to have integrated it in our home. I am confident it won’t be the last. We are reminded of feelings of peace, tranquility and presentness when ever we look at the photo. I would highly encourage anyone who happenstances upon his photography to reach out and purchase something for your home. You will not regret it.

We found Justin at the Caloundra markets, we are locals and Justin offered to complete an in home consultation as we were unsure exactly what we wanted, we knew we loved the ocean and had recently painted our home neutral colours so were looking for complementary pieces to finish our decor. We picked a turtle print, reef print and mother and calf whale print. We are very happy with our purchases and interaction with Justin from start to end. I was looking for a picture of a whale to our office at Noosa, for a long time. It had to be special ... and somehow connected with me. When I saw Justin's photo of a baby whale I fell in love with it.

Justin and his magnificent photography has cured me of my long term disdain for over-produced and unrealistic photographic art. When we came across the gallery unexpectedly I was drawn to how beautiful and simple his photography is. When you have the opportunity to speak to Justin you understand how passionate he is about preservation of marine environments around the world. Justin delivered the artwork, provided the hanging rail required and offered to hang it for me. Searching for art work at Eumundi Markets I came across Justin. After discussing with him what I was looking for he offered to bring some images to us and see what they looked like in our space. Justin captures the spirit of the ocean and brings the magic of the underwater wonderworld to the above water world with his brilliant photos. He shares my passion for Lady Elliot and his photos testifies his love and respect for the magnificent creatures who swim these waters.
The next best thing to swimming with the turtles, is having a Pure Underwater turtle "swimming" on my wall. My "Audacious" will inspire me to courageously keep on going until my next trip to Paradise

I am so happy with my recent purchase of a picture of a turtle, Justin was kind enough to let me name it, and I called it "Serenity". Justin, is a very talented Photography and a really nice guy as well, he came to my office as initially I was unsure of what print I wanted and he held them on the wall for me as he wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy with my decision and I couldn't be happier.
