It doesn’t even rated a 1. I was served by a young Indian girl who refused my $7 in coins for two bottles of Coca Cola. She said her till is full of coins and it is their company policy not to accept more than $5 worth of coins but she will do it for me this time. I told her I don’t need a drink that badly and left. I did not abuse her or anything but I did say I’ll remember her name. She then said “. I’ll report you “. For what? I left. I did not even kick up a stink or abuse her. I know I won’t be buying my petrol or anything there ever again. She wasn’t even busy. There was only one customer behind me as I left. What’s with some people these days how hard is it to count $7 worth of coins. I did take her picture when she said she will report me and pointed a finger at me. I hope her management read this review and give her a talking to of how to be polite and courteous. I have since been to other Shell Coles Express and asked if they will take coins as payment and with a smile they all said “yes”. So is it a case of laziness or she just got up in the wrong side of the bed. But it did leave a bad taste. I also have her name 😡
