But unfortunately not taking new patients

I can say the staff are human and provide quality care. Mistakes are made, and unlike most , the staff do all they can to fix the odd one when it pops up. The Doctors, Nurses are First-class and backed by Caring, professional and very hard working team. People please understand that I dislike waiting, however I love never being rushed by my Doctor/Doctors
You are not a number. But a patient, and treatment starts when you walk in.

As someone on the spectrum, I don't deal well with my prepared routine being interrupted. When an error was made, the staff did everything they could and rectified the issue completely, They made me feel validated and understood, which can be problematic with clients like myself.

Been here for years the new staff are hopeless, speak rudely. Don’t help or try and help you to get a script, wait list is insane and then they make it seem like it’s your fault when you can’t get seen to quick enough in time to renew a script.

Not somewhere for your ongoing care. The doctors come and go far too often and the quality is at times questionable at best. I spent two months on medication I didn't need for an incorrect diagnosis for example. It takes at least 3-4 weeks for an appointment which just isn't feasible especially if your condition might need sooner care. Your can't get a repeat prescription without an appointment which as previously mentioned can take a while. The support staff tend to overreach their abilities and duties. I could go on but I'll run out of characters.

Being a new patient wasn,t aware or informed of clinic procedures. I went to doctor there was charged $116.00 first visit which I thought was expensive. I had to return next day for a blood test, so I walked out of surgery returned next day for appointment "blood test " then proceeded to pay at reception. Informed then they slap $10.00 penalty fee for not paying on the day of the visit. Asked for manager whom explained
Politely but firmly practise policies and it was too bad I didn,t know the policies and it is non negotiable !!
$10.00 means a lot to a retired senior person.
Looking for another surgery now.

I have wait up to 1.5 hours previously which i was then hurried out 9 minutes later, another time i have been shamed by one nurse （whos name i can not remember）for saying “my condition might not have happened had i gotten the vaccine when i wad younger” which wasn”t her place to speak about to a 14 year old.

Don’t ever get sick and need a medical certificate, I’m a patient with this clinic and recently had a cold , which I was sent home from work I did not need a COVID test . Rang up to book an appointment I rang up early in the morning to book a appointment they would not give me a appointment cause it wasn’t an emergency and they didn’t really care that I needed an medical certificate for my work to get paid .

‘You can’t remove the observer from the Observed.’ This is real Science’s view: unlike what happened to me when a GP said: ...it’s Gout! They were a 💯% Wrong!
It was much more serious and now I have a stuffed leg!
