Our experience with Crawfords was a great experience during a difficult time. The consultant met us on site for an all day meeting -he documented everything, listened to all of our explanations of the unique features of our house structure and understood the building processes we discussed. Our insurance claim went through smoothly and without any issues - the whole process was professional at all times and the claim resolved efficiently and quickly.

Pity I can't share negative stars , the most appalling people you can possibly deal with. Melanie took months to tell us that none of the $30k+ tenant damage was malicious. Really - so when someone punches a hole through the fly screen to open the door, that is accidental? When someone craps on the floor and doesn't clean it up, when someone throws nail varnish around the walls and floor, when someone steals half the furniture. It's all accidental? If this is the best Allianz can come up with, then they don't deserve the $50k+ premiums I pay them every year. You are a disgrace and belong in prison. Consider yourself lucky you weren't sued.

The most unprofessional service I have ever dealt with. Throughout my insurance claim I had constantly call, text and email for an update. An update was never given as assessor would completely ignore my calls and messages. I even called from my work phone number one time and got an instant answer as the assessor did not know it was me. They did not work with me at all throughout the claim, nor did they ask for further evidence that I could have provided to help better submit a final decision. I am now in the process submitting AFCA complaint with these guys and my insurance company.

The worst experience dealing with this group of tardy and unresponsive adjustors. To receive any response, I have to email Eythan stokes(loss adjustor) many times, and escalate to speak to his manager Ryan Neville to receive a simple outcome. They can’t do simple tasks without many reminders. Worst company ever, my property is under a claim affected by the QLD floods and it has barely progressed since February. Really bad luck being assigned this company as my adjuster I am surprised they are still allowed to operate considering how terrible every aspect of their service has been.

A tree fell on our fence in January of 2022. It's now September and we still haven't had the repairs finalised! Crawford won't give us any direct means to contact them, and send generic 'update' emails every month or 2. We are now onto our 3rd assessor dealing with our case - the 2 previous contacts stopped replying to phone calls and emails, and seemingly left the company!

Good luck if Allianz sends you to Crawford - be prepared to email and call constantly to get progress..

im having the same problem they are the worse off managment ever
lack of communications as well as services
i have lodged a disputes with Allianz against them.

i noticed one day they called from USA i was surprised why would i received i call from US it turned out they are USA Company and this is their branch in sydney.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had to put in a claim with Allianz who in return use these guys as their loss assessor. Waited over 4 months before I could get any payment. They never answer the phone, they correspond mostly via email and ask you one question at a time to delay the claim/payout as much as possible. Only had Ashleigh help me somewhat, if your loss assessor is Sherwin or Ivan be ready to have your time wasted. Won't be going back to Allianz cause they use these guys.

If I could give a 0 star I would! Worst service I ever had. Our house was flooded in Feb and still waiting for Crawford and co to finish writing their " report". Multiple emails were sent to our case manager with no single reply. We have to continue to ring up every week for updates.

If I can give zero stars, I would. We had lost our home in a freak storm and Allianz sent us to the loss adjustors at Crawford and Co. Our case was passed from one consultant to another and it went up the chain to a 'senior loss adjustor' - Paul McConnell. Perhaps it is because he is 'senior' he felt he had the right to yell at me over the phone on several occasions. During one phone call, I asked in particular something to do with our policy funds more than once so I could clarify and find solutions. Not only did he lack professionalism and empathy, his response was "I hate repeating myself! I've told you 14 times already! The answer is no! What more do you want me to say?". This is just a small highlight of some of the wording he chose to use. I don't know how he is able to stay in a job of this nature, or any job for that matter. I feel that Allianz should provide better training and monitor their outsourcing consultants better. However, no one in any position, at any job should feel they can yell at someone who has done no harm to them, let alone someone who has lost their entire home and is already going through turmoil.
