I've been renting an apartment through Belle Properties (South Melbourne) for a little over two years. While there are always ups and downs when renting, I have received a great deal of very kind attention from the property management team. My current PM Tim is extraordinary - attentive, quick to respond and, most importantly, genuinely empathetic. This last matters a great deal when you are dealing with your 'home'. I'm grateful.

Great structured organisation. I’ve been renting for many years now and can confidently say that Belle SM have been great to deal with. The handful of problems I’ve had with the property have been dealt swiftly without stress. The Property Managers have been accessible at all times and very handful.
