Eastside Speech Solutions - Team became a second home and part of our family. We started working together when our son was diagnosed with autism (speech delay). They received us with open arms and a big smile :) Week by week, they support our son and us with their experience and knowledge. Full of love and patience.

Early intervention with the right therapist can change lives, and Tina (our superhero Therapist) changed our lives for the better. Teaching Gaspi not only to talk but also to connect, interact and play interact with his family and environment. We will always be grateful for their amazing work and support :)

I recently attended a PROMPT workshop as well as a tutorial run by Ainsley. She was an outstanding presenter, very well prepared and professional. Her knowledge of the motor sound system and of the different developmental domains and her ability to implement and teach this in a fun way is exceptional.

Christy done an excellent job to help my 6 yr old son on reading and spelling, she was very patience and professional. He improves so much after 2 terms and the speech therapy sessions definitely well worth it.

My children (ages 7 and 11) currently see Ainsley and Emily for their respective speech and language challenges.

I can’t thank Ainsley and Emily enough for their collaboration (between therapist and parent) in goal setting and approaching speech therapy in a positive, relevant and creative way. Our sessions are always pre-planned and are very much tailored to the kids’ individual needs and interests. The therapists are always respectful, professional and caring.

Caitlin and the Team at Eastside Speech were wonderful in assisting my daughter with correct sound development prior to starting school. Caitlin was highly professional, engaging, thorough and so much fun! The sessions were well planned, varied and tailored to my daughter's interests; she loved going to 'play' at speech, while gaining the language skills she needed. I couldn't recommend Caitlin and the team highly enough.

Her specific therapy and intervention has achieved outcomes for our daughter beyond what we thought was possible. Professional, evidence based practise and therapists who care for our girl. Kalliope is amazing in every way. She gets into the lesson straight away, she thoroughly explains at the same time as teaching so the lesson is not interrupted. She also has consistently looked for my son’s next progress step such as which letter to work on. I can honestly say Kalliope is an amazing therapist and we come from an hour away just to see her.

Hi, I could not thank Edwina enough for the work she has done with my son. I am truly so grateful, my son is a completely different child and everyone comments on how far he has come. I now mention he did speech and some speech pathologist cannot believe it and comment on how good he is and that his speech pathologist did an amazing job. My sister-in-law recommended this speech practice. The team at Eastside were professional and caring from the first phone call I made. Having a child with multiple issues can be extremely daunting and I can't recommend them highly enough. From my first meeting with Ainsley she was understanding and insightful to my son's issues, which were complex. We were given a plan of what we were to expect from treatment and our objectives. Appointments ran on time, we made ground each week and our sessions were fun, my son didn't realise how hard he was working! Ainsley and our family worked as a team to achieve a great outcome.

Caitlin Jones was my therapist, she was interested, realistic, attentive and encouraging. I really enjoyed working with her and each week her exercises were tailored to what was possible and a then stretched a little more. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Extremely helpful. I have facial palsy due to a traumatic accident I had years ago, and the team has helped markedly in improving not only my communication, but quality of life. They were informative, straight to the point, and laid out what I needed to do.

I have been on so many waiting lists around my local area for the past 4 months with no luck of securing an appointment. Within a day of making an enquiry with Eastside, reception returned my call and booked us in. Staff were so welcoming and the first meeting with our therapist Kalliope was such a positive experience for me and my son. It's usually really challenging whenever we go anywhere and I'm just so appreciative of the time she took to make him feel settled and I could tell he warmed up to her very quickly. We drove 1hr each way to get to our appointment today and for me, it was totally worth the drive! We will be coming back for weekly sessions and I will definitely recommend Eastside to family and friends!

When my son and I first walked through the door at ESS, Anna made us feel very welcome. We then hit the jackpot when we met with Eddy, my son was put as ease by her caring/kind nature and her sense of fun with learning. Eddy was very knowledgeable and we knew our son was in great hands. A great first experience, which has made us want to continue for further sessions.

Eastside Speech Solutions were quick to identify our speech issues, and in the first session gave us a clear understanding of what therapy would involve and how it works. It has been a very effective course of treatment and in a relatively short period of time our four year old is almost free of his stutter. The staff are lovely and I cannot recommend them too highly.

The whole process with Eastside was really good. After I made the initial inquiry there was good communication and a prompt response re: sourcing a suitable therapist for my daughters needs, arranging the appointment and the session with speech therapist Elizabeth Barty was excellent.

Eastside Speech Solutions are great. Ainsley and the team helped my son with his reading and speech issues and he is now finding school much more enjoyable. I can't thank them enough for the speech and language foundation they have given him.

Ainsley was very helpful assisting me in how to help my teenage daughter with her speech issues which were effecting her singing. No one else had been able to pin point a plan before seeing her. Both my daughter and I are so grateful.
