PRP Diagnostic Imaging Dee Why

Due to my own error when booking an appointment online, I needed help arranging an on the spot swap with another branch for the same day. The staff member from Dee Why who helped me was gracious and helpful and got me out of a tricky situation. Much appreciated!

Fantastic service. Their receptionists are always kind and helpful, I just had a great experience again. Wanted to call it out as it's rare these days. Service is quick and efficient, even with a walk in scan I only waited 5 min.

I’ve just arrived home from PRP after having a scan that involved four hours – one hour of scanning, then two hours off, then another hour of scanning. The technician doing my scan was Kristen , and I have never had a more pleasant experience, given her excellent communication of what we were doing step-by-step, and her very friendly approach to patients. Great work :-)

Attended PRP Brookvale at the Vale Medical Centre next to Bunnings. It's a bit confusing coz the Brookvale location doesn't come up in Google, only on the PRP website. The phone number and reviews are linked to Dee Why.
Walked in with no appointment for an x-ray late morning weekday. Didn't have to wait. Evelyn at the front desk was lovely.
I needed to get a series of somewhat tricky images of my feet while standing but in both relaxed (collapsed) and neutral (tensioned) positions.
Jessica the technician was excellent and accommodated what my surgeon was trying to achieve by imaging both relaxed and neutral positions while maintaining her imaging standards and protocols.
Highly recommended.

Friendly, fast and efficient is my impression of PRP Dee Why. The staff were friendly and professional.

Alison explained everything that was to happen with the MRI, which put my mind at ease, and they even had Spotify. A big plus :-)

All interactions with staff were great, and I was genuinely surprised at how friendly and nice everyone was - couldn't do better. Reception was polite and efficient, my stent was the least painful ever, and the bedside (CT scanner side) manner was also really good.

Had an MRI this morning and I have severe claustrophobic issues.
Shaun and Samantha were outstanding in taking me through every part of the procedure and reassuring me every step of the way .
I arrived with 8/10 anxiety and left 10/10 fully relaxed.
Both Shaun and Samantha have the gift of empathy….feeling the patients stress in their own hearts…….and therefore making the whole experience one I would happily go through again😊👏

I had an ultrasound at midday today. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the sonographer but I want to say how kind and friendly she was. I was extremely anxious about the results and she made me feel at ease, explaining and chatting all the way through the procedure. Thankyou to this lovely young lady .

I found the staff friendly and informative. 45 minutes in Mri machine was not my idea of fun. My complaint is I have not received any refund from Medicare for my prostate examination

I wasn’t having the best week and PRP reception staff took such great care of me. I truly appreciate their kindness and care. I wish I had thought to take your names. Thank you ladies x

Dr Phil Lucas is amazing!! He is extremely talented and very professional. He has got me out of severe pain on several occasions with his steroid injections. His friendly manner makes you feel instantly comfortable. I have recommended many friends and family and they all agree!!!

Great. In and out quite quickly. Very helpful and friendly service. Not sure why the bad reviews, I've been there 3 times recently with a broken toe, CT scan and son's fractured elbow (I know what a year!), and every time has been great.
